I highly recommend Blackstone Mountain Lodge for your Banff/Canmore stay! The mountain views were absolutely beautiful, and the facilities are very well-maintained. Heated underground parking is provided, and we had no issues at all finding a spot. I also want to give a special shoutout to the service manager, Thalia, and her team for their exceptional customer service. We had a leak in our bathroom early on in our stay, but Thalia acted quickly and provided top-tier support and accommodations to make it right. We couldn't have asked for a better response. We will definitely be back!

Over all stay was amazing! Staff and front desk team were excellent esp Jennifer. She was really thoughtful and mindful. Everyone was kind and warm and accommodating. We really appreciated it. Massage with Chris was highly recommended as well!

Lovely place to stay for an extended trip. The staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. The cleaning staff also kept our room very clean. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and enjoyed having access to a kitchen and washer/dryer. The hotel is also very centrally located if you want to go hiking in the area. The rooms were also very quiet, we rarely heard any noise for other guest.

Amazing accommodation! We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The place was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Having our own kitchen, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, living room, and balcony made the stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was also excellent and made it easy to get around Canmore and explore the area. It really felt like having our own apartment rather than just a hotel room. We absolutely loved our stay.
