Henry drove my wife and me from the Seward Cruise Terminal to Anchorage Airport. The SUV was well maintained and Henry was very friendly and personable. He made the transit enjoyable.

I booked a month ago a private transportation for July 31st Viator charged my credit card on July 28th and on July 30th the serviced cancelled the trip in a port cruise port with limited options. VERY BAD!!!!!!!!!! And now have to wait for a reimbursement with no penalties for the service provider and I have to wait 3 to 7 days for my money back when you caused the problem. This is abuse!

I paid almost $800 for private transport from Seward AK to Anchorage AK. The company was Carmel Limo. No where on the ticket does it say we cannot stop..We stop for bathroom, two take a couple pictures and ask our driver to stop at a wildlife conservation area near Anchorage. The dispatcher then called and said it was not allowed and that we would have to add additional tip to the driver to settle up. So instead of an $80 tip we had to do $120. This is poor service for the price we paid! I use Viator alot when we travel and must say this is disappointing and will rethink before using again .

We were on an Alaskan cruise that ported in Seward and we needed reliable, comfortable transportation to catch our flight in Anchorage. The communication was excellent throughout the process. The company answered our questions at the original booking time, just prior to our pickup day, and the day of. Kevin was our driver, and he showed up exactly on time, was easy to find, and very pleasant! We made it to the airport with time to spare!

Driver was excellent-3 hour trip. He suggested a location to stop and get a coffee. He was extremely interesting in his stories from Alaska...Very professional and very well aware driver....could not ask for anything better!!! I wish I could give him more stars!

Our driver, Sharon, was knowledgeable and excellent. She gave our trip an extra element with her knowledge.

I purchased the private ride well over a month ago. I have email confirmations and text confirmations. 2 days before the trip, someone called to confirm party size and amount of bags. I was also given the dispatchers phone number. On the morning of our departure, I called the dispatcher to ask where we needed to meet him only to be told that they were overbooked and didn’t have a car for us. I was told that they allegedly called me the day before to let me know, but I have no messages from them. Only multiple text confirmations of pickup time. We had to scramble last minute to find alternate transportation and almost missed our flight. The final dispatcher I spoke with was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Would definitely not recommend.

Do not use them for private car Seward to Anchorage. They canceled on us at the last minute after confirming each day. We planned three months ahead paid for a month prior. Helpline attempted to find another option for us, but was unable I will say they refunded my 800+ dollars quickly, but we would still be sitting at the cruise port if it hadn’t been for the cruise line last minute Help as I read previous experiences another person echoed the same pattern.

Great experience. Communication was terrific. Alaskan Splendor Limo went above and beyond in confirming the booking at the time I made it, two days prior to the trip and also informing me of the specifics of the driver and his progress on the day of. The driver was on time, courteous and the SUV was great. A very good experience.

Very comfortable and clean vehicle. It was nice ride from Seward to our hotel in Anchorage. Our driver Rick was very friendly.

I had to change my plans to get to the Anchorage Airport from Seward (Cruise). I was nervous because I read a couple reviews that were negative but I had to choice to try them. Rick called me about 45 minutes early to let me know that he was on site and he would wait for me or we could go early. So we left a little early and had a very nice ride to the airport. Rick told us some interesting facts along the way. I would recommend using them. They even have an app so that you can communicate them easier if you would like.

Terrible experience. DO NOT book with Viator or their service provider Carmel Limo. They left us high & dry! Cancelled our private transfer hours before our pick up offering no alternative. They just said “sorry!” We scrambled to find our own back up. You should avoid them at all cost!!

Our driver was 40 minutes late. Then we had to stop because his sugar was “getting dangerously high”. Then he kept running off the road… we were scared he was having a diabetic reaction or something. For $900 ( we were told we had to tip him $100), it was ridiculously expensive and terrifying experience.

We booked through Viator and services were provided by Alaskan Splendor Transportation. Brent was our driver and guide for a 100% delightful experience. He was a wonderful driver and professional in every way. He is deeply knowledgeable of the area and flexible to the desires of his clients. Having him as our narrator for one of the most beautiful drives in the world (Seward to Anchorage) made the trip that much better. We are so thankful to Brent for taking care of us so well. Oh, and he is also a gifted storyteller and jokester!

The ride was scenic ride, very comfortable. The Guide was on time and happy to answer any questions.

Our driver, Adam, was really great. He was on time, and we took hours getting off boat. He was helpful and patient, waiting almost 2 hours for all of us. We would use this service again. One minor downside was too many middlemen. A few details never got to the actual van owner. Like arrival time, etc. still a good experience

We had learned once we had embarked on our Alaskan adventure that the Alaskan Railroad portion of our journey was cancelled due to Mother Nature and her ideas about the changing seasons. Fortunately we were able to secure a ride back to reality (Anchorage) to catch a flight back to the real,real reality. We were hopeful that the journey from Seward to Anchorage would yield some beautiful mountainous vistas that we were so expecting from our planned train journey. Mother Nature decided we needed sleet and snow instead, within the comfort of our warm van and in the safety of our hospitable guide Sharon, we arrived to Anchorage safe and sound to embark on the final leg of our journey. Thank you for your communication, care and most of all getting us to Anchorage!!!!

Our driver was on time and super positive and friendly. Clean and nice SUV. A small trailer was pulled behind with our suitcases. Which offered more space in the SUV. We arrived at the airport in exactly three (3) hours. Plenty of time to check in and enjoy the lounge before our flight.

I scheduled a ride several days in advance paid 100% in advance and 14 hours before pickup said my ride has been cancelled. I called and tried to get help because I was stranded 121 miles from the airport. Response was sorry we will refund your money.

Booked and had confirmation within minutes when our cruise line assured us there's no way for us to book private transport the day before disembarking and that we'd need to change our flight because we weren't going to make it to the airport on time. Very friendly service and got us to the airport with more than an hour to spare.

Michelle was very friendly, an excellent driver and even asked if we wanted to get fudge and jerky. The Ford Expedition was very comfortable.

Rick, our driver, provided so much more than just a transfer to the airport. He pointed out wildlife, historical areas, and told us so much about the area. He even made a U-turn and pulled over so we could see a mountain goat. When we were ready to leave the cruise terminal earlier than our scheduled departure time, Rick was able to accommodate us.

I booked and paid prior to our cruise with details regarding pick up since we would not have access to emails or reception on the ship , we had to find other transportation once we arrived

We had a professional driver, everything was well organized in advance, we were directed to the right coach immediately. the driver gave good information during the ride. We didn't especially like the animal park.

So happy we decided to do a private car to the airport! 2 hours and 10 minutes! Our driver Rick was professional, polite, timely and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this company! Was worth the money!!!! Even on the 4th of July! Would use them again! DAE from So. CA

My driver almost did not pick us up at all. When de did he was driving an old conversion van with 380,000 miles on it and no shock absorbers. He told us the intermediarry company told him not to come as our reservation was not confirmed. I had paid $550 in full in advance for a limo or SUV. This is not acceptable !! Please contact me!

<p>This was a very comfortable way to get back to Anchorage, clean car and very courteous driver. I actually got picked up at accommodation in Seward and not the cruise terminal although there was no option to select this upon booking, I had to make a phone call to see if this was possible, which couldn't be confirmed when booking and once booked and requested information completed I still did not receive confirmation, this happened a couple of days before pick up when I rang to confirm the booking.<br/> I rated 5 stars for the pick up service but I would only rate the actual booking process with the supplier a 3.</p>

<p>This was a car transfer from Seward to Anchorage. We were on a Holland America Cruise that ended in Seward. We chose to use an independent transfer for my grandsons and my husband and I instead of the coach transfer. The transfer was on time and took us to our hotel for the day. From the hotel we took their shuttle to the airport for a red-eye flight to home. Very happy with Seward transfer, would use them again.</p>

<p>We were pleasantly surprised when a 13 people blank limo with a trailer showed up!</p>
