Find Fairbanks: Signature City Experience

It's a good way to get out to the University of Alaska Museum and the Santa Claus House. We would have liked more time at Santa Claus house to take the Reindeer tour, but had to leave at 5pm and the tour did not start until 5pm. The Fairbanks Visitor Center is good , but in a homeless part of town. University of Alaska Museum is very good. Ripley is a very well spoken, interesting guide and a safe driver. He could prbly make more tips, if he was more mainstream in his attire and in talking about his private life.

Blake was an absolutely wonderful tour guide. The tour was very informative and we learned a lot about Alaska.

We had a great trip with Blake! He was very courteous, knowledgeable and most accommodating throughout the tour.

This is a more intimate small group tour with one guide. Blake was our guide. He did a great job introducing each location he took us to and giving us time to look around. He was also available to answer questions and take group photos when asked. It was a great way to learn more about Fairbanks.

Best tour to see the city, museums, the pipline and the North Pole. This half day tour lead by Blake was the perfect mix of stops. Easy pick up at our hotel and we asked to be dropped off at a local restaurant. We had a small group of 3 and Blake provided us with great commentary filled with information. He is very knowledgeable about the pipline, and knew all of the areas to view in each of our other stops. If you have an extra day in Fairbanks, select this tour...and ask for Blake.

This was an excellent opportunity to learn about Alaska and Fairbanks history. The Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center had well designed displays describing the local and state history. Stops at the Museum of the North at the University of Alaska brings you even closer to the people of Alaska.

Blake was an excellent guide. Very informative! Enjoyed the museums and especially liked seeing the pipeline.

This was a great tour. Learned a ton. Our driver and guide Blake was on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely attentive. He chose the closest drop off spots, accompanied us but not too much, took terrific photos, and didn’t rush us. Loved the Museum of the North and Cultural Center. Fun at the North Pole stop. Appropriate for all ages. Kids might find it a little boring. Also might affect their belief in Santa. Blake our tour guide was wonderful. He was personable and knowledgeable. More importantly, Blake had the gift of recognizing who we were and tailoring his comments and our experience. We learned a lot and enjoyed the tour.

Great way to see the highlights of Fairbanks when short on time. Unfortunately I don't recall his name (he was from Arizona) but was very informative and provided ample time at each location we visited. He gave us time at the Santa Village in the North Pole to write a few cards to send back home to family and even took pictures of us with Santa. The Museums were also great and he gave us items to be sure to see at each location. So glad we booked this tour as being in Fairbanks for 1 day we would not have seen all this by ourselves. Thank for great tour.

Blake is an Awesome tour guide . Very knowledgeable and Very Friendly. He is there to make every person feel comfortable and make sure all have a great time and great tour . He takes the time to assist happily with pictures. I would highly recommend this tour to anybody in the Fairbanks area . I don’t usually give 5 star ratings ,but Blake deserves 5 Star Plus . I called to verify pickup spot and also texted the information two times. I did not get a response. No one showed up to take us on our excursion. We waited 30 min. Past our pickup time. I will be asking for a full refund

The chosen places we went to were perfect experiences. They were very educational and interesting!!! Our guide was Blake and he knew everything we wanted to know about Fairbanks and more.

Spent a wonderful 1/2 day with Blake exploring Fairbanks. He was highly knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the trip. He tailored the stops to cover what we didn't know and skipped the things we had already seen. Rather than dropping us back at the hotel she offered to drop us off downtown to enjoy poking around ourselves. I would highly recommend their company - Find Alaska - to book a trip tailored to what you want to see.

We had a great, informative and fun tour with Blake. He is personable, knowledgeable and the time flew by. We visited two museums, the North Pole and the pipeline. There is no way we could have seen all these sites on our own given our time limitations. Blake even gave us the perfect recommendation for our last meal before heading to the airport. Tour was canceled last minute for me because of overbooking. Wasted my time in Fairbanks because of this. Last minute cancellation and wasted my time sitting at hitel

This was our first time visiting Alaska and our trip to Fairbanks was amazing. One of the highlights of our experience was having Blake as our tour guide. He was kind, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Blake gave us a great tour of Fairbanks, sharing insights and his knowledge enhanced our visit. We enjoyed our time with him so much that we booked another tour with him that evening to Chena Hot Springs and to see the Northern Lights. That experience was incredible. It was a great tour beginning with the pick up at my hotel, Pikes Waterfront Lodge! On most tours I have taken in other states you had to meet the guide at a separate designated area. The coordinator Gavin reached out prior to the tour date, which some guides do not. My guide Blake was very accommodating, cordial and very informative! Blake was very knowledgeable and provided lots of information at every stop on the tour! He even offered to take photos of me which is much easier than trying to take a selfie! I would use this company again!

I didn't want to drive in the snow so I scheduled this tour to see the city. Blake was an excellent tour driver & full of information, plus tips on what to see or do during the winter. There was plenty of time at the stops to take everything in. I recommend this tour!!
