Paul was a great guide! Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. He went out of his way to ensure that we all had dinner before dropping us off at our prospective hotels! I would highly recommend this guide for further adventures.

Excellent tour with an excellent guide. Paul was really fun and went all out to show us the city. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful time today on the Fairbanks history tour. Colleen was fun, knowledgeable and overall amazing! Highly recommend!
A delightful tour! Our guide, Zac was the perfect combination of driver, local expert and organizer, and he was great fun! We like to learn about local places, activities and issues and we got all that on this tour. Two great museums, the pipeline and other stops make the tour excellent We recommend highly!
Thank you Daniel!!! Great tour with great information. Very attentive to our needs and made the excursion great.
Our tour guide Zac, made the tour worth doing! Very kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and tall! Learned so much about Fairbanks and his girlfriend without even asking! Best part was seeing reindeer for the first time, and watching tour guide shake snow out of a tree bare handed! Thank you Zac for a delightful tour about the town!
Dan introduced us to the city, and we had such a wonderful time! We’ll definitely reach out to him if we ever need anything again.
Mr. Claws is so nice; he truly shares what the real life of a native Alaskan is like!
The 2 museums were fantastic, could have spent more time there. North Pole was kitschy, touristy,
Both museums were terrific. Pipeline was much more interesting than I expected. North Pole is just a fun thing to say you have visited! Colleen did a great job of making all the stops interesting, and of sharing her personal knowledge as an Alaska native.
Colleen is definitely a professional and knowledgeable tour guide. I would recommend VIATOR with her as the guide. She's very patient and It helped because my husband and I asked too many questions. It didn't bother her, instead, she just answered it diligently and professionally.
The museums were fascinating, but what really made the trip special was our tour guide, Paul. He was knowledgeable, entertaining, and genuinely a great person. He went far above and beyond what was expected in so many ways including: finding ways to make our kids feel special, extending or making bonus stops based on our preferences, and not rushing us through the tour. We made unforgettable memories alongside our new friend, Paul, in Alaska.
We did a city tour of Fairbanks with our guide Daniel, and my family and I had an amazing time. It felt like a complete Fairbanks experience, full of history and stories shared by someone who truly lives here. Daniel’s local perspective and fun, personal stories made the tour engaging and memorable. It was informative, entertaining, and a great way to really understand the city. Highly recommend this tour and Daniel as a guide!
Absolutely fantastic tour. However the real Advantage was our guy Joe he made the difference. Could not have been better.
The Santa Clause House in North Pole was definitely the highlight of this tour. Make sure to get your picture taken with Santa!
Lots of good info from Muriel our tour guide, she realy knew what she talked about, loved the museums and sites!
Joe was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, informative and accommodating to our group’s requests. Great tour stops. I would recommend.
Ash was AMAZING and knowledgeable we learned a lot on this tour the family had so much fun !! We had perfect weather and Ash picture taking skills are unmatched
Paul was a wonderful tour guide. The tour was very enjoyable and educational. We would recommend this tour and Paul to everyone.
Ash was very knowledgeable and made our day with his interesting and lively commentary. Ash's passion and love of Alaska made it a 5 ⭐ tour
Ash our guide was an amazing. He made it such a great experience. Highly recommended! He was able to customize the trip to what we wanted to see.
Very comprehensive tour of Fairbanks. Ash was amazing and went out of his way to make additional stops for our group. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent the time to make sure we truly understood what we were seeing.
This tour is a must! Ash was very knowledgeable and made sure we had a fun tour. I highly recommend this tour and transportation to and from our hotel was convenient!
This tour was awesome! Ash is so knowledgeable, courteous, and made this tour unforgettable! Would definitely recommend to all visiting Fairbanks!
Ash was terrific - smooth driver, great narration, very patient and flexible. Van was always warm and cozy. We had a great time!
Wendy was my guide. She was so friendly and fun! She guided us through the museums and took us to see the muskoxen behind the Museum of the North. She is a great driver on these slick and icy roads. The time flew by and I felt like I had made a new friend by the end of the tour.
Elijah was a great guide! He was a safe driver and kept everyone entertained. The museum stuff was cool and the Santa Claus house was cute but basically just a large gift shop. We had a few hours to kill for our last day as we had already done most of the other main tourist attractions so it kept us busy but wasn’t life changing. If you have the time then go for it but if you’re debating on this or some other activity I would probably choose the other but overall still a nice tour
Ash was a great tour guide and I loved hearing his stories and he was very informational. He also was very kind and was very helpful.
Muriel is an excellent tour guide with lots of great stories about the area. We wished she would have waited until everyone got in the room to begin speaking at the visitor center. The van we were on was a mess. The speaker system cut in and out, the seats were uncomfortable and it felt like there were no struts - the ride was terribly bumpy. The content of the tour was excellent. We enjoyed all of the parts but would have spent more time at the Museum of the North and less time shopping at the North Pole if given a choice.
The tour was great. Our tour guide Ryan was very impressive and made the trip interesting and fun. He could speak on almost any topic related to Alaska and its history, culture and people. I highly recommend this tour.
Basically, this was a bus driver, taking us from place to place … It was shared that the original tour guide could not make it and he was just filling in. No information provided just basically dropped us off at each venue
The museums had free admission. Take public transportation and save. Our driver was fun and shared many stories, but it is hard to justify the price. Also, the North Pole is ruined for me. Mr. and Mrs. Claus must have had a bad day! I'd put them on the naught list.
Joe was an excellent guide. He told us many stories about his life and experiences living in Alaska. He has a lot of history to talk about and we learned a lot about Fairbanks. He was very helpful with my husband's wheelchair. He was always on time from picking us up and the times at all of our stops. My husband accidentally left his phone in the van and he went out of his way to return it to us.
Loved seeing the museums, learning about the history and land of Alaska, seeing the Alaskan pipeline and learning about it, etc. So wonderful and informative. Ryan was a fantastic guide. I learned a lot from him!
Ryan was a very knowledgeable of Alaska and the area. Very interesting and fun. The trip was a bit too long but good time. 🙂
Ryan our guide made it feel like we were traveling with family. Every single stop was amazing and there was always something to learn. Ryan shared his vast knowledge of the area and it's history. I would say one of the best tours I've been on. Thank you! my wife and I are already making plans to visit again !
The tour was amazing. Our guide Wendy was very knowledgeable and informative. We had the opportunity to see the Trans-Atlantic Pipelines, the museum at UAF and mostly the visit to the Santa House was awesome. I highly recommend the tour and Wendy as a guide.
The very best tour we have had so far. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire tour a treat with his stories and personal experiences living in Alaska
Joe was very knowledgeable and a very welcoming driver/guide. He gave some great Alaskan facts and we enjoyed his personal stories. Highly recommend him as a tour guide!
Just had a wonderful city tour with a great local guide, Joe. He arrived early to meet us with a big smile, big heart and a real love of his birth place. He provided informative narratives in the museum --- a top attraction and a great introduction to the history and culture of Alaska. This was followed by a quick trip to the Pipeline which we found amazing , especially since it was completed in 2.5 years with over 70,000 workers, He explained the construction process along will details regarding the operation. Our tour of the University of Alaska Museum was equally fascinating. All in all this was a fabulous tour on a really beautiful day.
This is well worth doing. Our tour guide Jeff was very knowledgable and had lots of cool stories about his time in Fairbanks. The Pipeline and Museum of the North were definitely some highlights.
Had a great time w guide Muriel. She was very knowledgeable and personable. The museums were beautiful. It was great to learn about the different cultures in Alaska.
Muriel was our driver/guide. Great trip! Visit to University of Alaska Fairbanks Campus gave us some of the best views of Denali as it was a nice sunny day.
Joe was really helpful and a good guy, informative and interesting, I recommend , being a local a plus
Very friendly tour guide, kept us busy on a snowy day! Just enough information and just enough time at each stop. Our tour guide was great.
Joe was an amazing guide for our city tour! So knowledgeable and friendly! We had some wintery conditions but felt safe and like we were with family with Joe! He absolutely cared for everyone’s enjoyment and each place we toured was honestly more enjoyable than expected! We highly recommend! A fabulous way to experience Fairbanks but also learn more about Alaska!
This is a great tour! Our guide Bill was amazing. I highly recommend the tour and the guide. You cat go wrong with either
Joe was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable and shares personal stories and even photos of him fishing and hunting in Alaska. The Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center and the Museum of the North were great. The pipeline was cool to see but definitely don't need 45 minutes to see it. The Santa Claus house and store was a no for me. When visiting Alaska I don't need to shop at a Christmas store for 45 minutes. It is also old and out dated, very strange place in my opinion.
Joseph did a great job showing us around. Especially enjoyed the museum at the college. Can rise was very comfortable.
We visited North Pole and it was fun to meet Santa and Mrs Claus and their herd of caribous with elaborate anthers We also visited Fountainhead Antique Automobile Museum. There are 85 classic cars from 1900 to 30’s Side by side with the cars are historic fashion collection and snapshots from Alaska’s own automotive history .I highly recommend this tour.
