Very nice hotel with one of the best customer care I have ever experienced in a hotel very kind, happy and pacient. The food is good but a la carte took a little bit to arrive but there is also a buffet. Other than that very nice location very quiet for a relaxing night with all the amenities pool, saune, steam room, gym and kids room with consoles for them to have fun as an All Accor memeber i really advise to go there

This was my second time visiting and I hardly ever visit the same place twice but this was a no brainer. My family needed somewhere to go for the Easter Holidays and I didn't mind driving almost 3 hours to get there because I knew it would be worth it... Starting from the service staff who recognized us from the entrance and greeted us warmly, never mind it had been about a year and a half since we'd been there.
They didn't disappoint by having activities for kids as usual. The grounds are well maintained.
The service at Mantis is all round awesome moreso over the Hallmark holidays for families with kids. The team is intentional with daily activities for children during Christmas and Easter holidays.
Phenomenal experience. We came here on day 1 for dinner, fell in love with the place. The next time we came, they arranged for a hike with us and prepared the most sumptuous meal possible. Everything was perfect. Loved the hospitality — Alain, Olivier and the full then, thank you! Staying here next time for sure
