When checking in we informed the friendly reception lady we would have to leave at 6u15 and having booked the breakfast, she asked to check in the morning with the receptionist. Morning receptionist very unpleasant and wouldn’t even allow us to take a coffee just before 6 when needing to catch a train. if you have the name TGV in the name of your hotel you would expect to have some experience with people that travel. For the rest a very nice hotel with friendly staff.
Excelente stay, great location, rooms are clean, staff are friendly, bed very comfortable . Great breakfast but restaurant only opens Monday to Thursday for dinner.
Small room and clean. Good location. Free Wi-Fi. Good services. Small restaurant and very crowded at breakfast time.
Big thanks to this fantastic hotel! What makes it special are the people. First, I was amazed by the excellent dinner – the food here is truly great. I had a lot of unusual requests at the reception, and the staff was so kind and always helped me with a smile. I’m thrilled. A great hotel with great people.
I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. The restaurant offered a wide variety of tasty meals, and the pool was a great bonus – clean and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was amazing – a definite highlight! There was a fantastic selection of fresh food, and everything was well prepared and regularly replenished. The only downside was the car park, which is quite small and can be tricky to get a space in. That aside, it’s a very well-run hotel and I’d gladly stay again.
