Excellent service and a peaceful atmosphere
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. During our trip, we stayed at five Accor hotels, and this was the only one where the manager knew how to quickly and efficiently process a payment using ALL Accor points. At the other hotels, the staff either did not know how to complete the procedure, took a long time to figure it out, or simply refused to do it.
The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel offered a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant was also a convenient option, and the food was very tasty. We had a great experience.
Everything was great, for a Hotel in the middle of the road couldn't ask for better. Staff was good. All services offered were top notch. They have a non heated swimming pool ideal for the hot summers down there. A little farm for kids. And the food was good too.
Nice hotel for transit; we have to stay at this hotel towards Paris from Italy. It's located out of the station but has a beautiful view surrounding it. Large beautiful hotel suite for groups:
we found the breakfast was good, and the staff are friendly and helpful.At night we can gather at the hotel lobby outside the reception.
We had a one night stay in order to play golf early the next morning. The room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the pool and restaurant. The only negative was a problem at check-out because the restaurant had added a supplement for half-board which was already included in the room rate. Since we were not presented with an invoice to check before paying, it took half an hour to sort this out which made us late for golf. Anyway, it's all sorted now.
Stayed there for 2 nights and loved it. Very helpful and friendly staff, including the night staff. The room was very spacious and breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Unusually for France (our experience of it at least), the restaurant also has chairs for babies in the restaurant. Would love to stay there during a warmer period when the pool is also usable , as it looked very inviting. Liked that there were also sitting areas both outside and inside to hang out in.
