My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and everything was wonderful. Highlight of our stay were absolutely Arnaud and Adrienne (apologies if I’m misspelling) at the bar! So incredibly friendly and helpful. They make some of the best Spritz’s that side of the Atlantic haha!
We enjoyed our stay overall. Pretty grounds and garden. The location is very close to aix and even walkable on a nice day. Parking is also provided here. Quiet hotel and a nice spa offering. Highlights: the breakfast was delicious and abundant in option + quality. Housekeeping was wonderful as well and the nightly turndown service was great. Feedback: Staff was nice and accommodating. In many cases though, you had to track staff down especially in the more casual lunch space or by the pool. Spa was beautiful but not open before 10. Sauna itself could be open earlier to utilize in the morning hours as an amenity. In the casual lunch area, it seemed understaffed. Trivial notice, but enhance the garden playlist. Was very cheesy and corney American pop, a small but noticeable aspect. This could be properly curated, with some French music or lofi, jazz etc. Many things about the physical construction in the room seemed cheaper than a 5 star stay including the pillows & bedding. There is a decent amount of noise between floors/ rooms, going back to the construction feedback.
What a beautiful surprise. This hotel is a luxury hideaway tucked just 15 minutes from the city center, yet it feels worlds away. Our suite was incredibly comfortable — spacious, modern, and thoughtfully laid out for both relaxation and convenience. The grounds are gorgeous, full of greenery and quiet corners to unwind. The pools are huge, sparkling clean, and offer different vibes depending on where you settle in. We loved having multiple options, from calm early‑morning swims to lively afternoon lounging. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease. A true hidden gem we’re already planning to return to.
Our short stay at Le Pigonnet was an absolute pleasure. The location is perfect—peaceful, yet just a short walk from the heart of Aix-en-Provence. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, beautiful amenities, and everything needed for a relaxing getaway. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional team. Every member of the staff was genuinely kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. A lovely place that combines Provençal charm with excellent service. We would be delighted to return.
An Exceptional Stay in Provence Le Pigonnet Hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The property is beautiful, elegant, and wonderfully relaxing—the perfect Provençal retreat. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff: everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. I also had a Hydrafacial at the spa, and it was excellent. The treatment was incredibly refreshing, the therapist was wonderful, and my skin looked and felt amazing afterward. From the gorgeous surroundings to the exceptional service and superb spa experience, Le Pigonnet exceeded every expectation. A truly memorable stay, and a hotel I would enthusiastically recommend!
