The front desk personnel is very helpful taking good care of our stay making certain that we can check in to our room before check-in time (as we arrived way earlier). All the hotel staffs are very helpful. I really recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel! I was shocked by the mixed reviews as I thought this hotel was very luxurious and centrally located. Just a 5 minute walk into the Aix city center - very walkable to everything in town. The pool was fabulous. The rooms were very spacious with great amenities. My only complaint would be the AC was not great and did not reach the whole room so it was never fully cooled.
A good hotel in a good location, and the lounge and bar area is very nice, but there are a few issues. The air conditioning is somewhat variable and it often got overly warm at nice despite being on max. The carpet in our room was tired and needed a deep clean. Finally really disappointed that the pool doesn't open until 9, so an early morning swim is out.
A high-quality hotel with a very cozy and thoughtfully designed interior. The service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. There are two breakfast options: a quick breakfast or a full buffet. The restaurant is also excellent—I really enjoyed my dinner. Overall, in my opinion, this hotel offers outstanding value for money in Aix-en-Provence
Stayed here overnight and had a great time. They’ve clearly put a lot of thought into the interior design and decoration. That said, I ran into a few problems that would stop me from staying again. 1. The TV system is the worst I’ve encountered. Like most hotels, the TVs run a custom operating system, but this one only lets you watch French TV or use Netflix. I usually get around these kinds of restrictions by bringing a laptop and an HDMI cable, but that doesn’t work here. The system doesn’t detect an external input, and after five minutes it throws up an annoying screensaver with the hotel’s name across the screen. There’s no way to disable it. 2. No EV charging with CCS2. Even if you get a parking spot, there’s no way to charge an EV using CCS2. Given that this is the European standard, I found that very surprising. 3. No way to make international phone calls. This is probably uncommon, but a lot of “old-school” businesses, banks especially, still require phone calls for security verification. Most 4-star hotels offer this.
