Great staff, great location for business trip close to airport, really good breakfast, business meeting room was great, and my suite relax was just perfect LOVED THE MASSAGE CHAIR. And it's so close to a wonderful huge park, nice to get up early and go jog. I highly recommend this hotel.
Important note: The hotel itself warrants a 5. It's the not-quite-walkable distance to places of interest that drops the overall score down to a 4 for me. Spacious, clean room that included a microwave, for which I was very pleased. Pleasant staff throughout the hotel. Both still and sparkling bottled water in the room upon arrival. Good wifi. Fabulous breakfast with several varieties of fresh cut fruit, a plethora of hot protein choices, nice breads.
Hotel was nice/very basic. Cold in lobby and dining areas(had to wear coat to breakfast). Only heat was in room floors/room. Basic room comes with coffee pot and safe only. To get ice had to take bucket to lobby desk.
I missed my arrival into Aguascalientes thanks to flight issues (side PSA: don't fly United unless you really have to), and they graciously didn't charge me for my missed night. Upon arriving, the staff was extremely friendly. I got a room on the top (7th) floor, which had quite a nice view. The entire hotel feels modern and sleek, and that definitely extends into the rooms and bathrooms, where the water pressure and temperature were great. Breakfast had a diverse array of options, though the fruit were certainly past their prime. The hotel is close half-way between the airport and the old town, so it was perfect for a one-night stay for me.
Really nice place. Has a small gym with 2 treadmills, 2 bike cycles, 2 steppers and 1 multi functional equipment . The pool is indoor, water is warm and good for relaxation after work. Staff is very friendly . Clean rooms and good food.
