Everything was as expected. The driver was good, the tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable. As part of the tour there are 3 places of craftsmanship that you get to visit. Of course they will try to sell you stuff but if you don’t want to they will not be overly pushy and if you want to skip these stops just tell your guide and he will skip these stops (I thought they were worthwhile).

It has been an amazing trip! We had a great time in the Taj Mahal and could experience the beautiful place, Indian history and culture! Thank you for the great hospitality
Very well organized for me and my mom. They were responsive and took care of all our requests. Recom
We had gr8 time with guide. He explained thoroughly about taj mahal. Very informative. Highly recommend
I will categorically advise you to use "Kaimur Holidays" services if you are visiting India. I was very fortunate to have Aman as my driver since I always felt comfortable, well-cared-for, and he always had the greatest recommendations. India can be difficult, but if you want to travel there easily, without hassles, and with enjoyment, I strongly advise hiring one of their skilled drivers or vehicle services. Aman - I appreciate you so much looking after me in India. I had a fantastic experience! Bravo!!
We reserved a six trip from Delhi to Agra, Jaipur, and then back to Delhi. The booking process was quite simple, and I was pleased with how quickly Shanu sent a price with tour information. Rohit, our driver, was a star. We always felt quite safe in the car with him because he was always on time and expertly handled the Indian traffic. Certainly, we made stops at tourist-oriented locations along the road, but we never felt compelled to make a purchase. Even though they perform demonstrations at shops that are obviously designed for visitors (which were pretty interesting), if you don't want to buy anything, don't buy anything!
To tour the Golden Triangle of India, we made the decision to hire Explore Kaimur Hilodays. Due to Mr. Sugar's rapid email responses, the trip booking procedure was simple. Sanjay's use of "Good Horn, Good Break, and Good Luck" got us through our 12-day trip safely, despite automobiles driving the other way on the highway and cows, camels, dogs, and people crossing the road at random. Driving by car in India can be moderately unsettling. Sanjay always arrived on time with a spotless vehicle. On the days we didn't have a tour, he gave us an Indian phone so we could call him when we were ready to leave the places. Rahul Jain , the tour guide in Agra, was outstanding.
With Kaimur Holidays, we planned a ten-day journey across Rajasthan (Agra, Jaipur, and Udaipur) starting in Delhi. Owner Shanu was very accommodating and provided further suggestions on how to modify/improve the route. Tickets for the train from Delhi to Agra were even organised by kaimur Holidays. We were picked up at the airport by our driver, Mr. Prakash. His companionship was wonderful to us. Because Mr. Prakash is a great driver and pays close attention on the busy streets, we always felt safe in the car. We often received a bottle of water and the automobile was immaculate. Since he is familiar with the area, Mr. Prakash provided us thorough descriptions of the important sights. With WhatsApp, getting in touch with him was a pleasure.
Extremely pleased with Kaimur Holidays services! Everything, from the pick-up time at my hotel to the return ride to the airport, was scheduled to fit my schedule as we took a day trip to Agra to see the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Jatin , the driver, drives cautiously, the vehicle is nice, has free WiFi, and arrived on schedule. Also, they hired Harsh as my tour guide for my trip to Agra, and he was excellent. He provided clear explanations, took excellent photos of me, and made the excursions very exciting. I approached a dozen travel agencies for this trip, and this one had the cheapest rates, the quickest responses, and the most thorough itinerary.
First trip to India, and a friend's suggestion led me to this business. We would want to suggest it to other travellers after our vacation. We communicated with the business via email; they are friendly and helpful in setting up our 10-day trip. Regrettably, we had to cut our trip in half due to some personal circumstances. Mr. Ramesh, our driver, is a good man and a tremendous help. He is well-spoken in English and provides us with helpful summaries of what we observe. We had a pleasure travelling with him! I'm eager to return to India and continue our journey with Mr. Ramesh!
Even before arriving in India, Rahul and I had excellent communication through WhatsApp. I really appreciated how he changed the day tour's start time in response to our request. We had a capable, careful driver. Ranjit deserves praise for his composure and politeness. That merited five stars, in my opinion.
My emails to Imran asking questions about trip planning received timely responses. For four days, Karan, our driver, was a delight to ride with and showed us about Delhi. He also provided us with a tour for the Taj Mahal in Agra. His constant discussions helped me get better at speaking Hindi:):) Great vacation overall from Delhi to Agra to Mathura. returned filled with joy and pleasant memories.
Everything was great from starting to end. 6 am morning pick up from hotel in Delhi was smooth and very easy to find driver. Driver was waiting for me already . Met tour Guide Sameer in Agra , he was very knowledgeable and good storyteller. He helped us to skip the line and beat the crowd. He also clicked few great photos. Lunch at BobBar be restaurant was great. It was grand buffet lunch at very good price. Over all excellent services. Highly Recommended.
Wonderful time with Kaimur Holidays. A special thank you to Param, the driver, and Naveen, the organiser, for their courteousness, composure, punctuality, and safe driving. Given how awesome the service is, I would without a doubt suggest it to others. Team, keep it up!
I had a terrific time on my second trip with Kaimur Holidays. Everything was handled really professionally. Throughout the entire trip, bottled drinks and WiFi were included, and the car was perfect. When making special arrangements, like getting seats to the Taj Moonlight, they act quickly. An excellent experience overall. Once more, I appreciate you making my trip special. I'll definitely use them once again soon.
With kaimur holidays ,we had a fantastic and enduring experience for our day excursion to agra , everything went quite smoothly ,especially aut trip to the taj mahal . My kids loved watching the sunrise, our driver went above and beyond to ensure that we arrived on time .our tour guide , mr . Nitin , arrived next . He was a bit chatty but overall a very lovely guy who provided us with a lot of helpful information Absolutely amazing and competent service .absolutely worthy it recommendation.
Driving from Delhi to Agra with Rahul, we had a great day visiting the Taj Mahal, the Agra Fort, and the ItimadUdDulah Mausoleum. Rahul was a calm and kind driver in addition to being very friendly and engaging. We felt like we got to know him and made friends along the way because to the wealth of information he gave us. Many thanks, Rahul!
Shanu has a deep passion and love for Taj Mahal. I loved the tour so much that I booked a sunrise tour with him the next morning. Highly recommend Shanu’s tour for your visit to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.
It was the best experiencia traveling with Shanoo Ali as a Travel Companion, offering the best Information and take us to local hidden treasures making a gratis experience, I highly recomend them as essencial part of your India Trip !!!
Visiting one of the seven wonders of the world was on our bucket list, and was truly a must see. Our tour guide shanu was very informative and knowledgeable
Overall a wonderful day exploring Agra. Our driver Om flawlessly picked us up from Delhi in a comfortable, AC large sedan vehicle. He drove well to Agra, the journey taking about 3.5 hours. We picked up our tour guide, Shn, in Agra and made a pitstop by request to breakfast. Our tour guide was local, so able to pick a place to make a quick stop. The tour of the Taj was wonderful. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke great English. Be prepared with sunscreen! We secondly went to Fort Agra. We were ok with seeing it from the outside. We were hot and the guide mentioned a few other places we would rather see--a garden overlooking the river and the Taj being one. The schedule is flexible, you have the whole day. I really enjoyed the baby Taj. Less crowded and VERY beautiful. The guide can be as active or not as you want. We topped at a nice restaurant for a late lunch before we departed...again chosen by the guide. I think they get some type of commission for this. It was called Mughal Spice. It was actually very good! After we went to see where they do some of the marble mosaic and furniture making--supposedly descendants from those that helped to create the Taj. It was suggested by the driver, again probably another commission scheme. It was very interesting to see and learn how the process is done, but also very awkward because we did not want to purchase anything. This was the only uncomfortable part of the trip. After this we dropped our tour guide and Om, the kindest driver, took us home with a few pitstops on the way for water, toilet etc. Great experience!
This is a must if you are thinking of a visit to Agra. Prior to the day me and my female friend were slightly anxious about the trip being in a foreign country alone. From the time we were picked up by Gurmeet our driver we felt safe.Samir our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Agra and knew all the tips on where to take the best photos. This is a whistle stop tour of Agra for sure. You can adapt the day to suit your needs. There are also some visits to local traders for a sales pitch to die for and some bartering. This day was amazing and I would definitely recommend them for their courtesy and manners and excellent English. Thank you
This was the perfect option for us as we only had 1 full day in Delhi to visit the Taj Mahal. Private A/C taxi pick up from our hotel at 3am. Gurmeet was an excellent driver and we felt very safe on the road with him. He provided bottled water throughout the whole day; in fact whenever we got back in the car there would be a new bottle. Samir was a very knowledgeable tour guide. We were quite worried as he rushed us past the crowds as we entered the Taj Mahal, not allowing us to linger for photos. But our worries were soon dismissed as he took us away from the crowds and allowed us to have those precious photos everyone wants with no one else on them. Samir knows all the best angles and poses for the perfect photo and he quickly guided us around, taking some amazing photos for us for free! (The photo attached eas taken by Samir). Once photos were taken he gave us very knowledgeable and interesting information. I had read some reviews warning of beggars and pushy photographers that had worried us before the trip but actually witnessed none of this inside the Taj Mahal. 1 photographer known to Samir approached us. We had already decided we would like some professional photos taking so there was no pressure. I would definitely recommend this if you want some once in a lifetime pictures. They are fab at clearing the crowds and jumping the queue at Diana's bench and directing around the site. They do quote you a price for 1 photo but then end up selling you 30 but that's to be expected!! Other sites visited were also excellent ie The red fort and the Baby Taj. There are trips included to the marble carvers and carpet weavers etc where the skills are demonstrated followed by a sales pitch. They are what they are and to be expected on a trip such as this. The items are quality but very expensive. Samir uses his local knowledge to take you for good food at very reasonable prices and to roof top places where no one else will go! Because it is a private tour he is very flexible with times and there is no pressure to stick to a rigid timetable. He also made extra little stops when he could see something interested us e.g the washing of clothes in the river. We arrived back at our hotel at approx 10pm after a very long but enjoyable day. For 2 women travelling alone we felt totally safe at all times on this trip. Both of them do an excellent job and made our trip to the Taj very special. I would highly recommend to everyone.
I have vacationed both with and without tour companies and I must say this has been my favoirite to far. It was the best of both worlds because Kaimur Holidays took care of everything to MY desires. I bought the set sunrise sunset of the Taj group of sights and got to see everything without any waiting in queues or trying to figure out protocols. Samir was fabulous at making sure I didnt worry about anything. This brought me a lot of comfort as a solo woman traveller who only had a few days to see the sights. Samir took amazing pictures and even paid for some things for me when I couldnt get to the ATM I paid him back of course. Then most importantly even though I just bought the Agra day tour I ended up turning it into two days and getting to see Sikri and being picked up and dropped off in Delfi for an EXCELLENT price. They know where to find everything and are very knowledgeable. The food places they take you to are safe according to my still functioning GI system and well rated. My driver Gurmeet was VERY kind, and an excellent driver safe which is hard to be in India, and very timely. He was usually waiting for me to get ready and I never waited for him to arrive. They even sent him my picture so he knew to look for me. If I ever return to India, which I plan to, I will definitely look them up again and have already been telling my friends about them. I really wanted to insights on the Moghul dynasty and architecture and the Agra Fort, and the 'Baby Taj' and the Taj itself along with Sikri are EXCELLENT ways to feel the legacy of the dynasty. I also requested of the company via whatsapp and was able to see the show at the convention center Kalakrit and Samir set that up for me in less than 4 hours. Nothing was missed. My photos were fantastic with just my cell phone. I was telling them they should invest in a nice camera and they could probably add 'pro photographer' to the list of things they offer. It was great to have an affordable few days with this company and I definitely recommend them.
Excellent visit, very good guide Amir, fabulous, I have no words to describe all the work done with me, the best!!!! Thanks Amir 💕
I received a text the day before to tell me what time to wait outside the hotel (3am). Gurmeet my driver was very good, the car is air conditioned and I had a bottle of water offered. It took us 3 hours to get to the Taj Mahal entrance. I had the unpleasant surprise of having an English speaking guide when I had taken the French option. He called the company and I was treated to Radish, a French guide who was very good. We stayed about 2h on the site then we went for breakfast finally he dropped me off in a dark restaurant where there was no one. I refused to stay seen the Silly Mood. But in any case the restaurant had a complete menu and was very clean which will certainly please some. Then visit the Red Fort and Baby Taj In theory we were supposed to visit the city of Agra but I didn’t get it, instead they took me to a stone inlay factory in marble. Even if it’s a tourist catch it’s still interesting to see how it’s done. It was included in the tour to pass behind the Taj Mahal near the river but the guide tells me that it is 200 rupees more. So I didn’t do it. The expedition ended at 11:30 Return to the hotel at 2.30pm (contrary to what is noted on the site) Attention all tickets are in addition as well as meals (I rating it because it is not clear on the site, at least when I bought my tickets) And beware also the Taj Mahal in March has a slight veil of fog in the morning so in the end the only advantage was to have less people.
