The Taj Mahal is a unique monument and needs more credible TRavel Guides . WE could have done better with a more experienced guide who would have engaged the guest and treated him to interesting facts and avoid MONOLOGUES. Overall good because Taj is a good place to visit
Our guide was lovely, he picked us up at the hotel and took an over with us to the west gate. During the tour, the tour was at our won pace, not pressured to hurry through. Great information about how and why the Taj Mahal was built. At the end, he took us to a local shop what makes marble.
We really hit it off with our guide Mr Subhash.He is an wonderful person. He knew every tiny detail about Taj Mahal and left none of our curiositues unanswered.He clicked a lot wonderful pictures of us. My in laws were there in the trip who are senior citizens and they also thought it waa the best part of our trip.Without him we wouldnt have had the experience we had at Taj Mahal.Highly recommend booking this to anyone if you want have a memorable experience at Taj Mahal.

He was so kind and polite, and guided the tour by shaping options to our interests and preferences. he was on time and arranged all transportation. Our tour guide was great, good knowledge the tour was enjoyable. The tour was a little disturbed by photographers, but this was of no fault of our guide.
I had a wonderful tour to Taj Mahal with a guide Sumit Chaurasia, he speaks good English and adopted this to me as I am not native speaker, give information about the site, very attentive and takes very nice photos, knows better views. One of the best guides in my trip to India.

Excellent private tour. Mr. Sumit, our guide, was incredibly knowledgable and gave us a fantastic day in Agra. He made us discover nice local places that we could have never visited by our own. We were really happy with our tour guided by Sumit. He's English is spotless. We learnt about history, art, culture and much more, in addition, Sumit is a very nice, kind and friendly person. I highly recommend it.
Great tour of the taj! We did the sunrise tour and it was really quiet and peaceful. I recommend going early to avoid crowds. Sumit, our guide was very punctual - we met at 5.30am and responsive to all of our needs and questions. He gave a really good summary of the history of the taj and is also a pro at taking great photos!
Get up early to see the sunrise at Taj Mahal. This is the best time for a visit. We enjoyed or visit very much.
We had a great time on the Taj Mahal tour with our guide Sumit. He was very professional and courteous and also gave us a tour of Agra Fort as we arrived a day early so we could do the Taj at sunrise. The Taj itself was spectacular and on an early weekday morning seems to be a very good time to go.
Sumit Chaurasia is the best tour guide I have ever met so far. He has an mesmerizing way of narrating the historic tales, which is so pleasing to listen & which so apt for an historic monument like Taj & other historic places around. We were with him on a guided tour of Taj, the view of Taj from back side, Agra fort, the local articrafts shops etc. We were family of 11, he could establish a connect with everyone both young ones & grown ups as well. Very humble, accomodating & personality you want to be around. Keep up the good work Sumit, best wishes. We would cherish the moments for life.

We visited the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. Our tour guide Mrs. Lalita was amazing. She gave us a detailed tour and answered all our questions. She is very sweet and polite, willing to take lots of photos of us from different spots and angles. Finally, she took us to an amazing government certified store to buy souvenirs. Highly recommended!

Lalita initially was nice. She took very nice pictures of us in Taj Mahal and we mostly enjoyed the tour. However, she took us to a restaurant called Maya's outside the Taj Mahal, which not only was average but it caused us food poisoning. Before she took us there we told her we wanted to choose the place we eat because as foreigners we have had bad experiences with Indian food and that we didn't want to eat at Maya's. But she kept insisting, mentioning that we didn't have time to go anywhere else so in the end, we gave in and ate there. That led to a night of horror for me and my partner as we were throwing up all night whilst also having diarrhea. I cannot stress how bad we were and how awful we felt. We didn't blame her for this initially as we understand she takes a commission for the restaurant and we assumed she didn't know. But a couple of days later our friends had the same tour with her and they told her bc we got so sick they didn't want to eat there. However she kept insisting and even lied saying that we told her this was the best food we have ever had? Which we never said but also they are out friends... They can text us and ask so I don't understand why she lied and kept insisting. I mean obviously she did it for the commission but that is just horrible. Furthermore she charged us for the tuk tuks we took with her way more that what we paid for the same route without her. Also, our friends mentioned that the second tour with her in Agra Fort, that we didn't do since we were pooping ourselves was quite bad, she only explained 10m of history. So all in all not a good guide. We only gave her 2 stars for the nice pics she took of us.
Lalita was an awesome guide! Friendly, informative and easy to talk to with a very pleasant demeanor! I would highly recommended her to anyone considering this tour! She also knew all the great camera shots and angles! Just don't ask her to take a jumping photo - inside joke for her!

Wonderful private tour of the Taj Mahal. We started with sunrise to be ahead of the masses. This turned out to be an ideal timing. The tour guide Sumit had a very nice way of transferring all relevant information about the attraction with us. Perfect density of info - not too little, not too much. We really enjoyed the tour and were flashed by the majestic appeal of the Taj Mahal. Can fully recommend this tour!

My tour guide was Mr. Sumit and he was great! Very respectful, knowledgeable about the history and architecture, and he was great at communication and making sure to update me on where/when to meet. He also took a lot of great photos (and even suggested some poses!)— even though it was very cold he didn’t complain at all. I definitely recommend this company for their professionalism!
