Carpets: We stopped at an outstanding, authentic local carpet cooperative, which has the absolute best, most gorgeous hand-woven silk and wool carpets you can find in the country. We had such a lovely tour of Ephesus with Gül! The archeological site is so stunning in person and our guide was so organized, punctual, and knowledgeable. Loved how she presented all the information and took us around while being mindful of our group's needs. Our driver Evren was also very professional and picked us up and dropped us off without having to wait long in the heat. They coordinated well together. We were picked up and dropped off at the port easily with plenty of time to spare before the gangway went up. Also the Turkish food at the co-op was so delicious. We are happy we went with Apasas!

Superb communication before we disembarked the cruise ship; well structured for a multi age family group; compassionate for older members of the tour with specific needs. Visited Mary’s House, Ephesus and Temple of Artemis. Good balance of attention and free time. Offered a craft tour, but this was not forced on us when we declined. Amazing wealth of knowledge - we are now experts on Ancient Türkiye! Highly recommend.

We spent the better part of our day in port visiting Ephesus, Selcuk and Sirince. Our guide, Gul, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the day. Very enjoyable. I thought the time we spent at each part of the tour was perfect.

Gül showed us around the ruins of Ephesus. It was very nice and we took many photos. The museum was amazing. Then we went to the Temple of Artemis. Of course it was just a column but it was nice. Lastly we went to a rug making-knitting some kind of place and they showed us some rugs. It was… hm. Overall, it was fine/good.

The tour was great, very informative. Our guide was friendly and very considerate to our need for shade. He shared lots of interesting information about the sites and surrounding idea. He timed our visit to the House of the Virgin Mary to perfection to avoid the crowds! The transport was comfortable and air conditioned. The day could not have been better!

Oor tour guide Gul was wondrerdul from start to finish. We toured Ephesus and Hous of Mary. She was able to keep a group of 12 ages drom 80 ti 12 yrs old entertained in 100 degree weather. Gul was atentive to triing to keep us cool We all peppered her with queations and was able to give us knowledgable and detailed answers. Highly recommend!

Gul was amazing . She took us to Ephesus and explained all the history, giving us time to take pictures and look around at our own pace . We saw how carpets are made from silk fiber , saw how pottery is made from basalt and quartz . We visited Basilica of St John’s and Temple of Artemis . She was most informative about her Biblical history of where Paul preached and was arrested and held in prison. I got to stand in John’s baptistery in his church. A wonderful day and very informative day

Gul was amazing! We had such a great time at Ephesus, the temple of Artemis and then she took us to a restaurant with delicious local foods. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
