Burcu Karagöz was the best of the best tour guides. She was very accommodating, gracious, and full of so much historical knowledge. This tour can be difficult to walk for older people. She helped me navigate safely. She made our tour of Mary’s house and Ephesus memorable.
Tour guide was great very informative explained a lot of information. Just be prepared to be hustled to purchase things throughout the tour, carpets jewelry, fashion, etc. gets a little annoying at times. Otherwise, very good tour, hospitable people enjoyable sites.
We loved this. Run don’t walk to book this tour. Hati was superb explaining everything about our visit. Catered to our wishes. She is a wonderful person and tour guide. Max was an excellent driver who made sure these old people did not have to walk very far. I can’t rave enough about this experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ephesus.

This tour was fantastic and our guide Ali S. Took great care of us. He was able to make adjustments to the itinerary to avoid all of the lines as well as incorporate certain experiences to help us beat the heat. I would highly recommend and request Ali S. if possible
Tour was ok, but not what we booked. We booked 2 hours in Ephesus. Got 1hour max. Was told we'll have free time to take pics at the end. Got 15mins. Not enough time to go back through and look properly. All very rushed. Then taken to a pointless rug shop. Not impressed. Waste of time and money. Will do the tour on our own next time. Wasnonlynout a few hours in all, more time could have been spent doing the things we actually paid for.
Our tour guide: Barb, who was really good at the history of his town, and country. It was fun looking out at the views and driving up mountains to Mary’s house. I liked the ancient city we all learned so much about, the ancient city, there were also many cats, such as famous one: Garfield, who has his own instagram account with over 7000 followers. We stopped at many stops, and even bought carpet after haggling a lot with the person at the store then the manager. 😀😀😀. To say thank you in Turkish it’s tea-sugar-eh-dream but you have to say it super fast, that’s only I thank you, but to say we thank you it’s tea-sugar-EZ-dream. Wonderful tour led by Ali. Very knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Lunch was lovely too, and understanding the labour involved in making carpets was very interesting.
Best experience so far!!! I want to thank our GUİDE RİZA and Driver Okan both made our tour unforgettable. Riza is very knowledge guide, he informed us about the ancient Ephesus very well. The walk was fantastic. The guide Gokhan was very attentive, always attentive and available to answer our questions. He was very well informed about the whole tour and also explained some curiosities about Turkey. We had the facility of the guide to speak Portuguese. I recommend the tour to Ephesus, Mary house and Artemis temple with tickets and lunch included. The lunch was typical Turkish with several entries and snacks of chicken and mini almonds, paid drinks apart. I highly recommend this tour.
