And for those who love rugs—you’ll be moved to tears by the artistry at the carpet factory Pedro takes you to! The only thing "forcing" you to buy at these places is your own good taste and knowing the true value of your money.

Honestly, I didn't quite know what to expect with this tour, but it surpassed all expectations. Jondesh was our certified tour guide, and he accompanied us everywhere to explain everything including the historical and cultural sites, the village, and the carpet demo along with a late lunch. He was excellent, the sites and museum were amazing, and the food was delicious (and included!!). For this low price, it really did exceed our expectations and I'd highly recommend this tour!

Merve was our knowledgeable young guide on this excellent tour. She and her driver were friendly and welcoming. The Mercedes van we rode in was luxurious! We never felt rushed, really enjoyed Şirince village and felt privileged to be there early before it became crowded. Ephesus was busier but incredible, highly recommended, especially the terrace houses that we added. It was a hot day so even the leather and carpet places at the end were at least a welcome escape from the heat.

Ephesus was great but the sales pitch at the carpet place was not what we paid for. When on a tour, we don’t want to waste time listening to a sales pitch.

Yesra was our awesome tour guide of Pamukkale and surrounds. Yesra is knowledgable and helpful. She is a pleasure to know. The tour is a must.

We had a fantastic time on this two day trip! Our guide, Utku, was amazing - knowledgable and full of good humor! This was a great way to see an incredible other side of the country, away from the bustle of Istanbul. Transfers made everything easy and seamless, without having to worry about planning all the details ourselves. Cannot recommend this tour highly enough!!

Great communication right off the bat from the company through WhatsApp. Umut, the owner was our tour guide. We were met on time when we got off the ship. A nice drive to the mountain village of Sirince. It was a nice little village, with souvenir and coffee shops, restaurants. Umut gave us the history of the village and we were given time to explore. Then we stopped by the Temple of Artemis, what was left of it and again, given the history of the place. Lunch provided was very delicious! Visited a carpet school where we learned the art of carpet making. Overall a great tour!

With our very knowledgeable guide Duygu we had an amazing experience exploring Ephesus and also the Sirinci village. Also included was a visit to a ceramics shop where I was able to experience making a clay pot and a carpet factory where we also enjoyed a delicious Greek lunch.

We had a wonderful day with Char our tour guide and Yavuz our driver. Char was very knowledgeable, friendly and paced our tour well. Yavuz is a good driver and got us around safely. Traditional turish lunch was amazing.

Great visit with a wonderful guide ( Büşra Sahin ). Professional but at the same time very friendly attitude. A must. Ephesus visit is a must do activity. The site is fantastic. The museum gives an immersive experience which completely takes you. The included lunch was very good and higher quality than what you can expect in such touristic tours

Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis are must see archaeological sites of huge historical significance and the house of the Virgin Mary is an important pilgrimage site for Christians. Our tour started off on a positive note. We met our guide at the entrance, had a brief conversation, and she joined us in the back of the van to explain the sites we would be visiting. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name/ she didn’t seem to mention it. She led us through Ephesus and did a good job explaining the historical context, and she was helpful in Sirince as well, where we were given about an hour to explore and grab a bite to eat. However, things began to feel a bit off after Ephesus. During the car rides that followed, she moved to sit in the front next to the driver and didn’t engage with us at all—there was no commentary or conversation during the drive. She was also on her phone quite a lot. At the lunch stop, it became clear this was a place commonly used for tourists. We noticed other guides actively chatting with their groups, while ours remained mostly silent. We attempted to spark conversation on various topics, but she didn’t seem interested in engaging. The most uncomfortable part of the tour was the rug visit. The guide asked if we’d like to visit a local school to see students and teachers, which sounded interesting. We agreed, expecting perhaps a cultural or educational experience with young adults or teenagers. Instead, we were taken to a showroom where we were aggressively pressured to purchase rugs. Despite repeatedly expressing that we weren’t interested, the seller continued pushing. We looked to our guide for help, but she seemed indifferent—sitting off to the side with coffee, seemingly unconcerned. It felt like she may have been receiving a commission, which could explain her lack of engagement. The return trip to the port was silent. She sat up front with the driver and offered no commentary or conversation. Even when we asked a few questions, the responses were brief and disengaged. Despite the experience, we still gave her a generous tip out of courtesy, though we felt it was undeserved. Overall, the tour left us with a negative impression of Kuşadası, and it’s not a place we’d be eager to revisit.

Senem is very pleasant, very good tour guide. We probably would have enjoyed the tour better if we didn’t have to be captive audience at the carpet place, even though we were told it was not “pressure sale”, it was felt that way, because they were selling and showing so many carpets when we actually were not in the market for it and would have wanted to see the town more than being kept in a “carpet room”.

This tour was amazing! Our guide Utku and our driver Efe did a phenomenal job. Utku was so knowledge, witty, and respectful of all religions and cultures. He told us the stories of the land and then would present the facts that are used to support the beliefs. He was very accommodating to members of our group who chose not to participate in some of the walking portions. Efe was a safe driver and the van was very nice. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone traveling to Kusadasi. You will not regret it.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - I estimate we easily saved $150 per person compared to the shiip tour. Except we had a small, private tour at our own pace and the guide was excellent. Our guide met as right at the port outside the terminal holding a laminated sign with my name. We walked a block away and got into a beautiful large Mercedes mini bus. While the driver took us towads Ephesus, our guide explained everything about Turkey and the region. The Ephesus tour was very detailed with plenty of time for photos and detailed explanation about life in ancient Ephesus. Next a delicious lunch in a small village with plenty of salads, hummus and eggplant spreads for my vegetarian wife and daughter. The grilled chicken breast and beef was excellent. During lunch we talked about daily life in Turkey. After lunch in the village we learned about Persian rug making from the manufacturing of silk threads to the design and cut of the rugs. My adult kids were fascinated. There was another optional stop but we wanted to get back to the ship 90 minutes before "all aboard". 10/10

We amazed the intinerary! Free time to explore Sirince village. The restaurant chosen was incredible! Nice place, good food. The guide was a gentleman. Very Nice person as well as the driver.

What an amazing tour with our brilliant tour guide Yesra! She was very kind and catered our trip to what we wanted to see. She was very patient and knowledgeable. We had two toddlers with us (2 and 4) and felt that this tour was the right one for us. We were not rushed and we were given enough time at all the sights. It is worth adding that I was very impressed with the driving. The driver drove very well and he was very careful, we felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to see ephesus and what it has to offer.

Yesra was my third tour guide on a small group tour in Turkey and she was amazing. She was the first female guide we had, she showed up early, she asked me how things were going and she really listened. We spent a long drive to Pammukele with Yesra and she got to know us each as indivduals that she accomodated particular people like me. I was quite stressed on my first group tour and she had our driver stop at a bodega so I could pick up snacks and drinks to chill at the hotel in Kusadasi.

Definitely recommend this tour! Learnt a lot from our guide, Yesra! She’s also great with scheduling where to go next to avoid large crowds. Really enjoyed the lunch that was also offered as part of this tour - you get to experience a peaceful bbq lunch in the countryside and also experience the Turkish culture.
