We found Yesim by searching for recommended guides who offered a private tour of Ephesus, after my initial contact with Yesim, I was confident that she would offer a fabulous service. All our correspondence was polite and friendly, the price for the day was very competitive and the positive reviews kept appearing on trip advisor and Google - so we booked it. We received concise and accurate details about the meeting place ( we sailed from Samos to Kusadasi, self arranged ) and met Yesim at the port outside Starbucks. We were taken to the transport, a very nice Mercedes Vito driven by Yesim's husband and the itinerary was explained to us. I won't spoil the experience by going into minute detail, but we had a fabulous day with just enough information about each attraction visited. Some guides seemed to be boring their guests with too much information, but ours was brilliant at offering the perfect amount of detail, after all it's not a history lesson, we are a couple on holiday visiting an outstanding piece of Greco Roman architecture. We were blown away by the grandeur of the place! It was a very hot day, and data overload would have made the experience overwhelming. Yesim allowed us to tailor the day to suit us, the optional stops en-route to leather, carpet, pottery shops were not pushed on us at all, as I said they are optional. As a couple, they offer a great service that my wife and I fully endorse. The terraced houses in Ephesus are a must, at an extra cost, but you can't visit and not see them. I'm so glad I've been to Ephesus with Yesim as our guide. The inclusive museum is another stop not to be missed, we felt transported back to when Ephesus was thriving! At the end of the day, we were dropped back at the port for our return ferry, pleasantries exchanged and some more magical memories in the bank! Don't pay over the odds when Megale Travel do it right for a fair price!

Cathy and I spent the day with our guide Yesim, who is a local, born and raised in the Selcuk area. We met thru the recommendation of our wonderful guide in Istanbul Gamze who initiated the opportunity for us. We had a rental car so I drove and Yesim navigated leading to the tourist must see spots in and around Selcuk and the ancient city of Ephasus. Yesim was personable and extremely knowledgeable about the area. She used her local experiences and her family to answer questions we had about modern day cultural events. She even shared pictures of her family with these cultural events. Once again like Istanbul and Cappadocia the people of this area are terrific and we never felt anything but welcome. We contemplated cancelling our trip from the United States and while we were embarrassed to be American at this time we are so glad we followed thru with the trip. The Turkish people were extremely welcoming.

We just got back from a 13N/14D private drive tour for our family of 5 from Istanbul-Bursa-Antalya-Kusadasi-Cappadocia with Yesim. The whole day starting with visiting our mother virgin Mary's house to the carpet workshop/ school. Amazing! No all perfectly timed. I was suprised and fasinated by all of it but most is the Carpet making process who knew its can take 5yrs to make small carpet by hand.was amazing seeing them work.the way the carpet change colour when hand made depends on which end you look at from.the whole day was amazing! if you want personal and VIP treatment then go with Yesim, she is amazing!. We had an amazing private tour today with Yesim to Ephesus. We are a large group on a cruise ship. We had very limited time in Kusadasi and wanted to make sure we were able to experience the area in a safe and timely manner. She was an excellent tour guide and made sure we were able to see everything we wanted to see along the way. We highly recommend using them if you don’t have a lot of time and want to make the most of it!

We took the Private Ephesus and House of the Virgin Mary. It was amazing, our guide Umut wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about Ephesus and the sites around there that we visited. The tour was flexible and Umut kept making suggestions and checking to see if we were happy with it. I had recently injured my ankle and was not as mobile as I could have been. Umut slowed his pace down and insured I was able to hear his awesome descriptions. We visited on a hot, very hot, and Umut kept finding patches of shade to help us out. I would highly recommend this tour and Umut!

We recently completed a private 10 day tour of Turkey which included all the highlights we wanted to see. We were apprehensive about transferring a deposit to someone we didn't know but our fears were allayed when we were met at the airport. The whole tour was so well organised and everything went smoothly.The sights and places we visited were amazing .A special mention to Yesim and her husband who does lots of the driving for the fantastic service they provided throughout the tour. Even when I left my mobile phone behind in the car on the way to the airport they went out of their way to have it sent to our hotel in Istanbul!! Yesim and driver, Ferhat, took us on a tour around Ephesus and we had a fabulous day with them. Yesim was very knowledgeable and paced our tour well with a mixture of sights and a little shopping. Ephesus was fascinating and the demonstration and tour of the women’s weaving collective - where we also had an excellent fresh and tasty lunch prepared by the ladies - was also a highlight. Highly recommend you do both but with Yesim as she was a great guide.

Yesim was a fantastic tour guide with loads of information not only about the places we visited, but also about the history of Turkey. My husband and I did a private tour of Ephesus and to Pammukale the next day. It was the best two days of our entire trip to Turkey. Yesim knew all the good places to take pictures, away from the crowds, explained the history in detail so we could visualize what it actually looked like in ancient times. I first met Yeşim Kulak of turkeytouragency.com in 2019 on Facebook when I became fascinated by the Ottoman Dynasty and developeda desire to visit Turkey. It felt like she must have been my daughter from a past life. For my 60th birthday, she meticulously planned and adjusted our itinerary multiple times without any fuss, adding guests even last minute, and accomodating persons from across the globe and ensuring every detail is perfect.Local transportation, air tickets , guides , hotels in Istanbul, Izmir, Kusadasi, Antyla and Cappadocia were organised by her and she was always on call if we needed her. This was a wonderful tour! Ancient Ephesus was so much more then expected. Yesmin was very knowledgeable and gave us so much history and fun facts. We stopped at a coop that makes handmade rugs very informative. They did try to sell their products but I didn’t feel pressured to purchase. They showed hospitality with tea and coffee and the bathrooms were very clean. The final stop we asked for was a Turkish delight shop were they gave samples and lots of information on what the products are and what makes them special for turkey. Wonderful experience would highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Megale Travel and the two-week trip they organized for us! I was initially anxious about planning a trip for a large group, especially because it was many family members’ first trip abroad. Once again, two year after my visit to Turkiye, I want to start by thanking Yesim and her staff for making each trip unforgettable, Her professionalism surpasses all expectations, private tour, hotels, transportation, domestic flights, 14 days without any setback or delays, (which is rare to see that now-a-days ) going out of her way For us to attended a concert of singer Gulben Ergen that was not included in the itinerary, made this trip super special. There were 8 of us senior folks in our trip and we couldn't sing enough praises of Yesim and her team. Yesim provided us with very comfortable airconditioned luxurious vans, and gave us good commentaries of the places we visited. Yesim was also very accommodating whenever we wanted to make changes which made us very happy. Yesim arranged internal flights for us which sat very well with us as long distance travelling was not something we look forward to. Yesim also made spontaneous stops at cotton fields and pomegranate farms which got us all so excited and squealing like little children!!! She was always very polite, honest and cheerful. She tailored the tour to what we wanted to see, and allowed us to proceed at our own pace. For the sites we saw, they would not have been as meaningful without Yesim's knowedge and insight. Our home is in the Philippines and we are recently visiting the US. But we left our heart in Turkiye and Yesim and her cohorts have a lot to do with it. From the planning stage til we said goodbye, she and her husband Farhat have been hands on in our Turkiye journey. Istanbul as a stand alone we thought was enough to experience the culture. It was even made more enriching by our guide Omer who made our walking tour under the rain so unforgettable in a good way. His vast knowledge of it's nooks and crannies left us in awe the whole time, that we forgot being drenched and cold in the rain. He is well adept in speaking the English language so he made us so comfortable . Our main purpose in going to Capadoccia is to ride the hot air balloon.They said the last time it snowed in March was five years ago. Of all the days that it could snow, it happened on the day that we arrived. God really has a way of putting his point across. So we savored our Hera Cave suite on the first day, walked through the four inch snow in our rubber shoes looking for a good place for dinner, and sipped very good hot Turkish lentil soup at the Terrace restaurant. Ferda, our guide im Capadoccia picked us up the next day to go to Goreme for the open air museum. The snow has relented a bit although walking on the icy road made our adventure more challenging. Looking at the vast unique natural showcase made us wonder how we are going to manage to go cover the whole place! But lo and behold! We made it to the top and captured the breathtaking sceneries. Ferda's stories, interesting insights, and brilliant pieces of information made trekking up the mountain so enjoyable. Not to mention made us all so hungry. We were then treated to a scrumptious original Turkish meal in a family ran kitchenette. That day with Ferda was so memorable. She was not only tailored fit for guidance. We also got a peep of a first hand real Turkish life. It's like gallivanting with a good friend with her. Thanks Ferda, we'll never forget you. Now, time to personally meet our main hosts who made this all happen, Yesim and Harfat. This couple made us feel so welcomed as soon as we landed at Kudakasi. The feeling is like we have known them forever because of the very warm reception we got from them. We witnessed how Yesim professionaly coordinated all her visitors' itineraries on the phone while Harfat took charge of the wheels. She would tell stories along the way, orient us on the activities for the duration of our stay, and even pull over a parked pick-up full of newly harvested fruits for some seasonal delicacies for us to taste. Such a personalized guidance! They made us feel so special with their thoughtfulness. Their choices of hotels for us to stay were so remarkable. We loved the modern minimalist architecture of the Efe Hotel overlooking the Aegean sea. Our whole day at Ephesus was so enriching and profound. The Pamukkale' Cotton Mountain is one experience that should not be missed. This Turkiye trip was really one for the books. We will definitely come back with our family and special friends.
