Pamukkale Small Group Tour From Kusadasi Port/hotels

Great day well organised for volha and captain ozzy were great so well organised in the face of adversity, would recommend this to everyone

I went with 2 children- my 4 month old and 5 year old - and Cem was brilliant and made us feel completely welcome and like nothing was too much to ask. Cem was incredibly knowledgeable, spoke clearly and was really engaging throughout the day. We learnt so much about the local area and history. Really recommend this trip and in particular Cem, who was brilliant!

An excellent full day tour that I managed to book at the last minute. Pick up was smooth, a comfortable vehicle and nice small group. Cem was a very knowledgeable guide and gave us plenty of information about our visits and prepared us well for what we were going to see. Lunch was fine and well timed. the time spent at Hierapolis was just right and there was enough time to enjoy walking on the travertines and a fit in a swim in Cleopatra’s pool The onyx factory stop was a bit of an aside but all in all I thoroughly enjoyed the day and it was worth the long drive. I would recommend this tour.

We had a lovely day out visiting Pamukkale and Hierapolis — both were absolutely beautiful and definitely worth seeing! The highlight of the trip for us was Cleopatra’s Pool, which was such a unique experience. Our guide, Ceyda, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and shared lots of interesting information about the history of the region, which made the visit even more enjoyable. She also went above and beyond when my boyfriend accidentally left his hoodie behind and helped us get it back — we really appreciated her kindness and effort! Highly recommend this trip, and especially Ceyda as a guide! 😊

We had a fantastic day trip to Pamukkale, visiting the beautiful travertines, the ancient theatre, Hierapolis and Cleopatra’s Pool. The whole experience was very enjoyable and well organised. Admission fee 30 euro and Cleopatra 12 euro. Lunch included. A special mention absolutely has to go to our tour guide, Ceyda. She was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. You could clearly see how passionate she is about the history and the places we were visiting. She explained everything really well and was always making sure that everyone in the group was comfortable and enjoying the experience. What impressed me even more was her kindness after the tour. I accidentally left my hoodie in the van, and Ceyda personally contacted the agency to help me get it back. She really didn’t have to do that, but she went out of her way to help, which says a lot about her professionalism and character. Overall, we had a brilliant day and I would definitely recommend this tour. The atmosphere was amazing and since was end of September it wasn’t that crowded. And if you get the chance to have Ceyda as your guide, you’re in very good hands!

Wonderfull Experience great guide and grup

The trip to Pamukkale and Hierapolis was an incredible experience, though the day started with a bit of a frustration. We booked a small group tour, but the pickup process was poor because we were given the wrong time in advance, which caused some unnecessary stress at the start of the day. Fortunately, once we were on our way, things improved significantly. The bus was comfortable, and our driver was excellent and drove safely throughout the long journey. It is a long drive, but our guide, Ceyda, made the time pass quickly. She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information about what we were going to see. Both Hierapolis and Pamukkale were absolutely amazing, and we were given plenty of free time to explore everything at our own pace. Ceyda was fantastic—she knew so much and gave us just the right amount of information without overloading us. The only downside to the itinerary was the commercial stops. In our opinion, the wine tasting and the onyx factory stop offered no added value and felt like a waste of time on an already long day. Overall, the stunning views of Pamukkale and the excellent guidance from Ceyda made this tour completely worth it.

It was a good trip! The guid, Cemal and the staff it was so kind, friendly and he explain so well for all information. I m impress about the Pamukkale and the area with water and with stones. Also the lunch was tasty, many things to eat. Everything was ok, the pic up and also the return. I recommend the experience and the trip. Thank you, Cemal!

Only issue we had with the trip was that the guy from our hotel said collection was at 7am and the guys who collected us had 7.30am on their paperwork so wasn't their fault. Tour Guide (Cemal) was very knowledgeable and helpful, lunch provided was also nice. Beautiful place to visit for the ruins and the views

We went to Pamukkale and Hierapolis with our guide Cemal who took good care of us. He was very patient and explained everything very clearly. İt was interesting to get a look at the Turkish map as well which he used to show the different regions in Türkiye and explain the different lifestyles. Our ride was very smooth and to end the tour we did wine-tasting and stopped at a shop with marbles where they explained the importance of different stones. İf you’re looking for an immersive experience İ really recommend this tour.

Pickup was punctual, as is everything else in Turkey really, the tour was very informative, and what a beautiful expedition through the archeological sites and the natual springs. It's a must! Kudos to our tour guide Cemal! Extremely informed, excellent English guide, and very friendly. Would love to come back and do more tours to different places guided by Cemal.

The experience was fabulous. The company were wonderful with communication. Ceyda, our guide was very professional, helpful at the sites and friendly; sharing a lot of knowledge. If I could suggest one thing it would be to change the lunch venue as the place is terrible and food offered is a dismal buffet. You could just stop at the cafe near the textile outlet perhaps. Aside from the food, I cannot recommend the company, ceyda and the experience more highly.

We had a really great guide Ceyda. She was really helpful and super informative. Tour group was very small, only 2 couples so we were able to stick to schedule. Pick up was from hotel. Tour included a stop for wine tasting and another at an Onyx factory. These were not mentioned as part of the tour itinerary, and are done to try to support locals. Most day tours seem to include these stops. Unfortunately the lunch stop was far from satisfactory - all you can eat (no drinks) but the food was bland, luke warm and no appetising at all. This was the biggest let down.

Pamukkale was the highlight of our stay in Kusadasi, it was interesting to learn soo much about the Turkish history and the Christian history from the guide. The views were great and we enjoyed our time at the portholes. The car was also right on time for pickup and the company communicated with us from the moment the booking was made and trip and pickup times were communicated on time which is something that was non existent from the other companies we did other activities with. Cemal azmi was very helpful, explained everything in detail and answered all our questions, he also helped with taking photos and recommendations we definitely recommend him for the tour.

Ceyda, was our tour guide for the 2nd day to Pammukale. We went for a walk on a very hot day to the ruins of Hieraplolis and took a buggy up to the Amphitheater. Walked to the Cotton Castle Travertine terraces. So beautiful, over looking the Pamukkale village, then went gir a swim in the Cleopatra's Pool (warm water) after that we climbed backbon the bus and went to a leather fashion show and Turkish delight tasting. After that we went to a buffet lunch. After lunch we went to the temple of Artemis.

Ceyda was an amazing guide. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating with our needs. I highly recommend you to tour with Ceyda!

Pamukkale was a place I really wanted to see. Our guide explained everything well and was friendly. It may be more comfortable during cooler weather, But glad we got to swim in Cleopatra's pool!
