Fun and amazing! Our guide Volha and Kaptan Ergun made the whole trip so smooth, relaxing and entertaining filled with a lot of facts, stories and jokes!

We booked a day trip to Pamukkale & Hierapolis. Pamukkale and Hierapolis are definitely worth a visit. Our guide was very friendly and gave us a lot of information. Same for the driver, who was also very friendly and drove us safely to and from Pamukkale. The only negative side for us were the two factory shopping stops which took around an hour of our time. We would have preferred to have spend this time at Pamukkale.

We were picked up promptly, communication from the guide had been good beforehand. The mini bus was very clean & comfortable, the driver was friendly. Hearopolis, the calcium pools & cleopatras pool are a brilliant day out for all the family, we had a lovely time despite wet weather. Cleopatras pool needed a few more changing facilities but we had a brilliant swim. Our guide Volha was brilliant, so friendly & considerate. The only thing i would say is it’s a shame you don’t get more time to explore the ruins before heading home.

I was told that the visit to Pamukkale was'nt worthy enough but it was a great experience. The landscape is beautiful and the history of the Hierapolis is very interesting.

We had wonderful day our guide Nazmican was awesome. Very knowledgeable explaining the history of the sites we visited.

Mehmet was a very engaging and enthusiastic guide. The pickup was trouble-free and efficient and the ride (though long) was comfortable. The site, one we got there, was of course stunning; pictures don’t do it justice. One criticism: the place we went to for lunch was a bit loud and rushed. I would have preferred somewhere quieter (even if that meant less food).

Mammet was a charming and excellent guide to the necropolis of Hierapolis and the cool calcium deposits and Cleopatra’s pool at Pamukkale. Total value for the money. The only misfire was the wine tasting. Terrible wine and pushy sales. Otherwise A

Very friendly tour guides that are humorous and informative. Whether you want something quiet or a trip filled with facts of various topics, they respect your trip. Anyone we wants to see what Turkey has to offer, but also learn about the country, culture and history; I’d recommend this tour guide.

This was a great day trip out to Pamukkale and Hierapolis, made especially enjoyable by our guide Mehmet. He's the kind of guide who loves sharing facts and has his fair share of corny dad jokes — which I personally really enjoyed, though it depends on your taste in guides. He was also refreshingly open about sharing his own views on Turkish politics when it came up, which I found genuinely insightful rather than something to shy away from. The drive out is about 2 to 2.5 hours each way, so it's worth knowing that going in — plenty of time to nap on the way out or the way back if you need it. Honestly, I found the travertine terraces themselves a bit of a letdown — they're not nearly as dramatic in person as the photos make them look. Hierapolis, on the other hand, was a lot more interesting, and we ended up spending about 90% of our time there, exploring the ruins and the terraces from that vantage point ourselves. It was also far less crowded than Ephesus, which I'd visited the day before — being able to wander the ruins without a big crowd was something I really appreciated. Cleopatra's Pool is a must-do if you're going — bring a swimsuit, you won't want to skip it. One thing to flag: the tour stops at an onyx shop with pretty steep prices. If you're interested in buying something, definitely negotiate. None of our group ended up buying anything — by that point, right after lunch, we were all just ready to head back. Overall a solid day trip with a genuinely fun and knowledgeable guide. Just temper your expectations on the travertine terraces themselves and lean into Hierapolis, which was the real highlight for me.

A lovely day, with nice mix of activities. A slight hiccup at the start as we were told we would be picked up at 7, but pick up was at 8 o’clock. Guide was very pleasant and accommodated everyone’s preferences. It would have been nice if the guide had offered more information about Turkey during the journey - the scenery, industry, etc. a very enjoyable trip.

Cemal was an extraordinary guide, he explained everything about the hierapolis and pamukale, maybe I am not giving 5 stars because the tour structure there is no need to go to shopping stop, tour would be the best if it is possible to stay more time on site

2 languages were spoken which we didn't know about and slowed the tour down. There was no guide or tour of the ampitheater or necropolises. We did have 2 hours free time but that was for the swim and white terraces. We visited the winery and stone making which wasn't on our itinerary and it was just a pressure selling visit.

Nice trip certainly worth recommending, but with this pick-up it happens differently, I booked a trip in get your guide and unfortunately the trip set for September 1 did not take place because the driver bypassed your hotel, we were offered a trip the next day, we agreed to this option and here everything is flawless. The best guide is Volha😘

The tour started with punctuality!.. Our tour guide, Volha, meet us in the lobby at the accorded time. Bus unit was new and the driver was very profesional. We had very nice AC all the time!! Tour is highly recommended. Do not hesitate to ask Volha about any activities within the tour. We will share experience with family and friends. Lunch stop was a very good buffet.

Volha was a wonderful tour guide! Super attentive and knowledgeable while also being very sweet. As for Pamukkale, it’s a must-visit location for nature and history buffs, food was also very delicious (buffet style). Book this tour if you want a good time :)

It was a really great experience for me to visit the ancient city of Hierapolis while visiting the Pamukkale! Our tour guide, Volga was amazing and so friendly and told us amazing facts about the place. I didn’t like the lunch myself but except for that, everything was great and transportation was so convenient! We also went to a wine shop and tried some fruit wines which was so yum!

When visiting Pamukkale ancient city Hierapolis, rent a golf cart. Our tour guide saved us from walking on august heat by recommending we rent a ride. I was impressed by seeing Ploutonion, a place like from video games. This place is older than two millenia.

We had an incredible experience with Berkay. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, warm, and thorough when explaining things. He guided us to authentic local locations and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

Today was such a memorable day in Pamukkale! Besides the famous white travertine terraces, I also visited a fruit wine tasting place and the beautiful Cleopatra Antique Pools. These were places I probably would never have discovered if I had traveled alone. A special thank you to Berkay for taking us around and making the experience so enjoyable and easy. I’m really grateful for your kindness and guidance. This trip became much more than just seeing the famous sights — it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience 🤍✨

Fabulous tour to Pamukkale with a very knowledgeable tour guide (Aibi) who was able to answer any questions about the tour and the region; also political/historical/cultural questions relating to other regions of Türkiye. We travelled with an 11 year old child in comfortable transport from Kuşadası to see the incredible sights of Pamukkale (very worth the trip). Everything was on time and reasonably priced and well thought out. It had the right amount of free time and guide time, finished with a very nice lunch. Thank you Aibi, we really enjoyed it. 🥰

A unique spectacle. The tour was very informative. The museum had some amazing items, held within massive Roman baths. The spring water experience was something we were grateful to have. Although a very hot day, there was enough shade to take respite under.
