Alperen was an exceptional guide- passionate about history and gave us an amazing experience . His knowledge was doled put perfectly (tons for the historian in our family, while still pointing out key interesting points for the teen). Even the ride was enjoyable- from timely and clean transportation from our driver Aykut. Expect Pammukale to not look as “hydrated as advertised pics” given the need for the municipality’s goal of evening out erosion.

Our tour was great. Our tour guide, Ermas, took good care of us, nice and comfortable van, great lunch. We also enjoyed the hot springs at Pamukkale.

Great tour of Pamukkale and Hierapolis with Erman Uslu. There was a little snafu when it turns out I was the only English speaker out of the 11 guests (the other 10 spoke Spanish). Nonetheless, we made it work and Erman was very accommodating and it worked out great. Erman is very knowledgeable and you can tell he’s passionate about his home country. It was great learning from someone who was so passionate, vs someone reading a script or something. This is one of the two destinations you have to go to while in Izmir. The other being Ephesus. I highly recommend this tour!

A very good tour with a very friendly, knowledgable guide. Although the city is still mostly unexcavated what can be seen is very impressive, especially the theatre.

Erman Uslu was an amazing guide who kept us completely informed and entertained with a wealth of knowledge, not just about Pammakale and Hieropolis, but also Ephesus, Izmir and overall Greek-Roman-Turkish history. Throught the long day trip, we were entertained with historical background as well as myth and stories, demonstrating amazing intellectual breadth. The whole trip was great in a very comfortable vehicle, tailoring to our preferences. So much so, that we barely felt tired despite spending nearly 11 hours on the Pamukkale and Hieropolis tour. Both trip, and the guide (Erman) are highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our experience with Alpy at Pammukale. He was very engaging, knowledgeable and warm and made sure to make everyone feel included. He made our trip very special and we will carry fond memories of him with us!

This tour was great. Erman our guide was fantastic, providing explanations in two languages at the same time and providing good tips! The only comment I would have would be to add at least an extra hour to the tour as there is so much to see.

The tour was awesome. The old theater of the hierapolis was stunning and still in a very good condition. Next of the ancient city hierapolis are the calcium terraces. They are very huge and the view is great. Some are filled with water and you can even swim in there. Alperen was a great tour guide who gives us a very interesting look into the history of Hierapolis and Pamukkale. With Alperen the tour was super fun and interesting.

The transport to and from Pamukkale was smooth, comfortable, and efficient. The pickup was well-coordinated, making for a hassle-free start to the trip. Along the way, we had a few breaks at gas stations, which helped break up the journey. Our visit to Pamukkale and Hierapolis was fantastic. Our guide, Erman, provided insightful historical context about the region and the formation of the travertines before we arrived, then shared more in-depth information about key sites within the area. We spent some time near the theater and made several stops at notable landmarks before reaching the travertines. We were given an hour and a half of free time to explore at our own pace before regrouping. Exploring different parts of the ancient city, including the necropolis, museum, and travertines, was a fascinating experience. After the tour, we enjoyed a satisfying lunch and made a brief stop at a shop before heading back. Overall, it was a well-organized and enjoyable journey to an incredible historical site.

Pamukkale was wonderful and Alpi was a great guide. It was wonderful learning the history of the land of Anitola. Such deep history

I recently had the incredible opportunity to visit Pamukkale, Turkey, and it was truly a breathtaking experience. The white travertine terraces, also known as the “Cotton Castle,” are just as stunning in person as they are in photos. Walking barefoot on the thermal pools was a unique and relaxing experience, and the warm mineral-rich waters made it even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of the tour was Hierapolis, the ancient city located above the terraces. The well-preserved ruins, including the grand amphitheater are great A special shoutout to our tour guide, Erman, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the trip. He provided detailed insights into the history and geology of Pamukkale, making the experience even more enriching. He also ensured that everyone in the group was comfortable and had enough time to explore and take photos. His passion for the place truly made a difference! The tour was well-organized, with comfortable transportation and plenty of opportunities to soak in the scenery. If you’re visiting Turkey, Pamukkale is absolutely worth the trip, and I highly recommend booking a guided tour—especially with Erman as your guide!

Everything was perfect! Communication with the agency and Alperep our guide was very simple and clear from the previous day. We started punctually and Mr. driver drove responsibly the whole journey, the bus journey did not feel heavy. Alperep’s work was remarkable, he’s so friendly that he made us feel like he’s our friend for years. The place exceeded my expectations for the beauty of the theater and the travertine pool. The tour to Pamukkale is a must. Together with Erman’s company, today we again had the opportunity to learn more about Turkey and its history. We were picked up at the hotel and taken to Hierapolis first where we got to know a little bit about the civilization of that place and its route over the years. Then we passed through Pamukkale; there we were given enough time to get to know each other, take pictures and visit the museum. We had a very varied and complete lunch and then visited an Onix factory. We returned very happy to Izmir! Super recommended the tour with Erman that always had the best layout.

Today was a day to remember forever ... the places we visited were simply spectacular ... the guide Brother one note, explained everything in detail ... and definitely having been to Pamukale was my dream come true! The restaurant we went to today was too rich and elegant... and for the price I paid it was more than fair, they include transport in a super cute and comfortable ban, includes tickets to all places and delicious food! I can do a little paragliding... but the weather conditions in Pamukale didn't leave me... I recommend it 100%...EVERYTHING! The best experience of my life!
