Itinerary
Güvercinada is an island located in the Kusadasi district, the island is connected to the mainland by a man-made causeway. The island, which is a symbol for Kusadasi, has a castle built by the Genoese. In 2020, UNESCO included the castle in the World Heritage Tentative List within the scope of the file "Castles and Walled Settlements on the Genoese Trade Route from the Mediterranean to the Black Sea".
It is near Kuşadası Pier. It was built by Grand Vizier Okuz Mehmet Pasha in 1618. The caravanserai, which looks like a small inner castle, has a triangular tip and a pointed dome at the top. Today, it is used as a hotel and tourist facility.
It was built in 1617 by Grand Vizier Konevi Mehmet Pasha, also known as Öküz Mehmet Pasha.
Then your guide will take you to places called old Kusadasi. Here you will see the architecture of old Kusadasi houses. These old buildings, which have been converted into cafes, restaurants, bars and stores today, are among the places where local and foreign tourists spend most of their time on summer evenings.
Traditional Turkish Bath. At the entrance to the bath, you will be given tokens and directions. After undressing in the dressing room area, you will wrap your body in a peştamal, a traditional cotton body wrap. After locking all your belongings in the locker provided (remembering to keep the key with you at all times), you will pass into the hot area that includes the heated marble platform in the center. This area called sıcaklık(caldarium), consists of a large, hot marble platform which is surrounded by bathing basins (kurna) and private bathing cubicles (halvet). You will have a complete Turkish Bath experience including bubble massage & pealing.
We will have time for lunch which is included. We would like to introduce you to the local cultural aspects of Turkish by showing handmade Carpet & rug Art done.

We were on a one day visit via cruise ship…wonderful guide, Onur, met us right at the port so was super easy to connect. Informative and interesting. We learned a lot about turkish culture and cuisine. Bath was an interesting experience… a steambath and a scrubbing on hot marble benches. we added the massage for an additional price. Great day!
Lovely day excellent guide informational scenic. The bath house was very unique experience, the massage was the best! Topped off with a local lunch with tea. Ask for Onur! Met immediately at the ship no searching. Highly recommend
Our guide Ismael was great! We were well taken care of. He was super informative on the history of Kusadasi. Answered all questions and curiosities. The lunch was authentically delicious. The lunch portions were massive. The Turkish bath was very relaxing, we added the oil massage. Highly recommend you do this after the bath. I would give 2 heads up about this part of the excursion. 1. Bring a bathing suit and 2. A very large kind gentle male will be performing the bath. I would definitely do this again!!
Great walk & info about the port from Ismael ! We enjoyed it very much. He was responsive to our questions and request to visit a pharmacy. I was very surprised at the Turkish bath however. In past visits to hammans for a Turkish bath experience , the sexes were always segregated. We were surprised that a man wearing a towel only came in to scrub us down . I think this should be explained in the literature of the tour, we subsequently asked for and obtained a lady to do our services everyone was polite and accommodating, but a little more information beforehand would not go amiss.
We had the best time. Very educational and amazing trip. The bath and massage was amazing. The little restaurant we ate at, the traditional food was so yummy Onur our guide was amazing. He was such a great guide Recommend highly
We enjoyed a walking tour with Ismail in Kuşadası. He was knowledgeable and passionate about the city; we had the opportunity to learn about this wonderful city. Ended the tour with the tradition carpet demo and Turkish bath which was wonderful. Highly recommend this tour if you want to stay within the port.
Very nice people who adjusted our plans at the last minute to accommodate my request. Thank you. Highly recommended.
The entire experience was wonderful. The guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Patient. She was very kind. The Turkish bath and massage was amazing.
We had a lovely day walking with Emine through Kusadasi. Effortless meeting, great communication, and a friendly welcome. We walked to Pigeon Island first to see the walled castle and the museum (well worth visiting). It's a moderate walk, enjoyable at 9.30 in the a.m. We continued to Pasha Port to take in a rug demonstration. Again, highly recommended. Very genuine shop, with a simple knotting demonstration. It was pressureless, and we had a great intro to Turkish Rugs from Curly. A gentleman, with years of knowledge. Prices are very good too, that's 'if' you want to buy. Also try their apple tea! The Hammam was glorious, it really was. Inside the building has a traditional marble interior with marble rooms amd domed ceilings to relax before your wash. Emine allowed us time to relax and enjoy our own time. Opt for the oil massage 'if' you want. Again, zero pressure to buy. It's reasonably priced and well worth it. Emine was so natural and charming and professional and really made us feel welcome in Kusadasi. Enjoy yourselves, take some time for a leisurely walk, and take in the sights and sounds. Pick up a pastry or two, talk with a vendor, take some photos, enjoy. You won't be disappointed.
Amazing day ! We went with Emine , ‘the woman you can trust ) . We went to see pigeon island ,talked all about the history , we saw how all the rugs were made , and saw lots of examples of different types . We had a hammam, which was really incredible. And some amazing lunch . Would highly recommend. Emine is such a friendly and warm person . A++++++ Chris

Really enjoyable experience, would highly recommend. A++++++++++ Chris
Skip this and go to Ephesus. Not much to see here. Food was great. The guide was good but then again not much to see. The focal point was the "no pressure" high pressure carpet sale.
Very nice walk through the city. Tour guide was very helpful and knowledgable.
Pleasant and friendly guide took us for an interesting tour around Kusadisi, especially enjoyed Pigeon Island. The Turkish Bath was great fun. A good value day out with shopping time at the end
The very best foot massage. Loved it so much we came back again
I really enjoyed our walking tour with Emina who was an excellent guide. We also enjoyed our Turkish Bath.
I and my husband visited Kusadasi port recently. We joined walking tour and hammam tour. Port is so close to city and walking tour was a great experience. We enjoyed a lot during the tour. I can recommend this tour and this agency to all.
Absolutely wonderful. Gocke was fantastic guide. Professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. The tradition bath house was such a unique experience and very relaxing. Visiting the rug store was so educational and the rugs are breathtaking! I highly recommend this tour.
Wonderful experience with Gokce as we walked the city center, grabbed some Turkish coffee at a local cafe, saw a Turkish rug demonstration, visited (and experienced) a Turkish bath and finished with a delightful lunch at a local street restaurant. She was a fantastic guide. Very informative and flexible with our itinerary and very knowledgeable about the city and local culture and customs. I highly recommend you take this tour.
