Izmir Airport Private Transfer To City Center Hotels

Excellent service. Very comfortable vehicle. Driver was very courteous and punctual. Definitely recommend

Great, easy pickup, communication over WhatsApp and super comfy car! Would recommend for transfer from Izmir airport to city centre.

Seamless service and very communicative. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company if you want to travel without any stress whatsoever!

Very well coordinated and communicated with us until our pick up time! Responded to our inquiry promptly!

On pickup the driver was 30 minutes late. However the company kept in good contact with me throughout. On dropoff the driver was punctual.

Quick review and an unpleasant experience with this company! Made a reservation online a couple of days ago, got an email confirmation with the pickup address at the airport and detailed complete home address for the drop off. One day before received a WhatsApp message that the rate has more than doubled! Everything was on the reservation in detail and even had followed up with an email! Totally unprofessional and not a dependable company!

They gave him the wrong hotel location but he was very helpful to take us to the proper location. Great driver. He couldn't have been better

Just as my title states: It was quiet, it was air conditioned, It was convenient and it was very comfortable.

Excellent transfer services. Agency texted the day prior to my flight and the driver arrived earlier than expected. Easy transfer, great communication.

Excellent service for transfer from airport to hotel. Driver was waiting at airport with a sign, helped with our luggage, then took us to our hotel.

Punctual pick-up from a friendly driver and modern vehicle, 35 minutes drive to City Center. After landing, we went straight to Hotel without and waiting time.

Great transfer. Driver was on time and van was comfortable. I would recommend this transfer without hesitation.

It was a mini bus, they gave all the necessary information about how to find them easily, they also cooperated well with our rebooked flight, very well recommend it!

This transfer service was exceptional. The communication was exceptional and all messages were returned very promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all travelers. I would definitely use them again when I am in the area.

This was the best money I have ever spent. The driver was prompt and responsive. They were waiting for me prior to my pick up time so no waiting and no delay. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a hassle free transfer with no fuss.

The driver was on time and kind. They communicated very well before the pick up to ensure I was comfortable and understood.

Excellent airport transfer service, on time, clean SUV and courteous driver. Easy to communicate on Whatsapp.

We had the best service and driver in all Izmir, hs attention service and courtesy is above 5 stars. Great job Aykut. Thabkbyou for all your attentions. Cheers Jorge & Corina Hernandez Miami, FL

Great Service , puntual and ver professional, deuver always in full contact wih the paseenger on arrival. Highly recommended Service.

Communication was great, especially when I experienced a flight delay. They stayed up-to-date with my flight information and were as flexible as I needed them to be. The van was spacious and clean. And they went out of their way to make sure we could find the driver easily. Thanks so much for making our arrival in Izmir as smooth as possible!

Exceptionally clean, professional, courteous and prompt. Pickup and dropoff was communicated clearly and was easy to follow. My driver was very helpful, and pleasant. Highly recommend!

My trip was amazing. They were very kind to us. I'll choose this company again. They offer very good price then we choose them.

I was traveling solo for a business trip, and my plane landed after midnight. It was super important that I have a reliable car service. They delivered! Instructions and follow up were great. The driver was friendly and right on time. I will use again.

Aykut was a great driver. We booked two way trip and he was on time and had a great attitude in both trips. Strongly recommend him.

We booked a transfer from Izmir Airport to our hotel with Gezenthi. The service quality was amazing. They contacted us and they gave all the necessary information beforehand. The drive was also excellent.

Excellent service with plenty of communication for the meeting point. On time and help with luggage. Straight to the hotel with no difficulties.

I highly recommend this company for your airport pick up service from Izmir ADB airport. The communication was excellence from the very beginning days before my arrival. They made it clear where to meet my driver. Driver was waiting for me an hour late because of my flight. He has sign with my name but I missed him. However the meeting point provided was very helpful as he came immediately once I sent a message that I arrive at the meriting point. The car is super clean and nice also very spacious. Driver got us to our hotel in no time and the ride was very nice and we felt Avery safe the whole time. He helped us with our luggage’s during pickup and drop off. We definitely would use this company again in the future. Thanks again.

I had a good experience. Driver was present when I arrived, offered me a beverage, drove smoothly and was friendly.

Amazing, luxurious and punctual service! Very comfortable minivan, bottle of water offered for free at our arrival….. the best welcome i have never experienced before! Many thanks to our driver MG

Great communication from the very beginning. Driver waited for us and was very nice and respectful. Clean car, and comfortable and smooth car ride. Would definitely use this transfer service in Izmir again.

Great service and vehicle. Clean and reliable ride. We were able to relax and enjoy the ride after a long travel day as a family. As the father and planner, worth every penny, lira, euro, whatever.

We recently used this airport transfer service twice, and we were quite impressed with the level of service provided. The driver was punctual, courteous, and helpful with our luggage, making sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. The driving was also safe and cautious, which gave us peace of mind. The vehicle used was clean and well-maintained. Moreover, we were impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness of the back office staff. On the first transfer to the hotel from the airport, we had to change the pick-up spot last minute, as we needed to collect our luggage from a different terminal. Despite the late hour (9pm), the communication over WhatsApp was easy and seamless, and the staff accommodated our request with no problem. Thanks to their assistance, the pick-up went smoothly.

The driver was very polite and helpful, there was excellent communication from the office at every step and the service was in time whenever I needed it

We use Alp bey and his team for the transfer needs of our foreign patients that are coming to Turkey for hair transplant. They are extremely professional, gentle and punctual. All of our patients leave positive feedback about their transfer and we never had any bas experience. All of our patients get picked up from the airport on time, dropped at their hotel on time. The vehicles are always in great condition and drivers are gentlemans.

We used Gezenthi Travel’s transfer service for reach to Airport with my friends. Service quality was really high drive was smooth. Thank you to all staff.

Everything was fine people who were responsible for the transfer were very helpful thanks a lot incan suggest

Very nice and polite people, excellent organisation, super friendly and a nice, calm, fast but safe drive :)

As part of a conference program for about 50 people, they complete a complex program that needs to be organized for different dates and times in a very professional and error-free manner. I got information at every stage, the guests arrived safely. Special thanks for their interest and support to all the team in the transfer company.

very professional service. Driver greeted us right at the exit from the airport and took us to our hotel. Very pleasant drive

No issue. Provided a smooth, efficient transfer in clean vehicle. Would highly recommend. Thanks for the service

Driver was on time and very friendly and helpful. Safe driver - yes, will recommend this service Thank you very much

Company and driver are Professional and reliable. Quick responses and clear instructions. Highly recommended.

Service as promised. Company is responsive and organized. Good vehicle. Consistent with other reviews.

I have worked with this team many times and have never had an issue. The team, vehicle and drivers are FANTASTIC!

It was really professional service from the beginning point of the reservation till the end of the service. Timing, courtesy, obeying the rules and hygiene were all perfect level. Thanks for all and will be booked from the same company next time for sure.

We were very satisfied with the transfer. I am rather a very skeptical and cautious person, but I must say that if I had known how simple, smooth, and reliable the transfer works, we would never have traveled any other way. Very reliable, punctual, and friendly. Simple and fast communication via WhatsApp. The price-performance ratio is totally spot on. Since you are not familiar with the airport in a foreign country, you are sent photos of the meeting point directly. We have two small children, so the classic hotel transfer that you know was not an option for us at all. It was also totally great for our children; they were very fascinated by the starry sky in the vehicle. Very clear recommendation. Another important aspect: you only pay after the service has been provided. We booked both transfers, there and back, and always only paid for the service directly provided. We would book again anytime.

Excellent service. Very serious driver with whom can also laugh. Extra wishes such as flowers were warmly received. We my new tribe service when I come to Izmir.

The comfort and space of the vehicle were very good. The driver was very polite and used the speed limit without ever exceeding all traffic rules.Thank you to the gentleman again and again, without any interruption, he got us where we wanted on time.

They were just as friendly and sincere as they were professionals. When in Izmir you need a pickup, you can choose off-the-beaten path.
