A terrific experience. Our guide Hati was knowledgeable, very informative and very friendly. The small group experience much more efficient and personal than a large group trying to navigate the ruins of Ephesus. Overall a terrific half day, thanks to Hati and our mini bus driver.

Isik was the perfect guide. She stopped at every important stop to explain. She was also nice in the small talk and even knel a few Words dutch which was also nice.

We visited the historical ruins of Ephesus and temple of Artemis with Funda as our guide. She was informative and ran us through the historical perspective and significance of the ruins. We had an enjoyable tour and will definitely engage her again for our next Turkeyie trip

We took a private tour and our guide was wonderful. We had several tours on our extended trip and our guide, Barboros, was the best guide of all our tours. We had a mix up with a taxi driver taking us to the wrong pick up point and Barboros was so kind to come to the new location to pick us up. He catered the tour to our needs, being very patient and considerate for us as senior citizens. What's more he was so knowledgeable, informative and engaging. It was a highlight of our trip and well worth it.

Oguz was our guide, he was so informative and had an amazing personality. Oguz explained everything to us including our wonderful authentic lunch. I definitely recommend this company but especially Oguz!!

Our guide Tarkan met us at the pier. Unfortunately there were 3 large ships in port so everything was very crowded. I had prepaid for Ephesus and the Virgin Mary House with a note that we would likely add the Terrace Houses and St John Basilica. I don’t think the travel agency conveyed that information to Tarkan as he thought we were only going to Ephesus and Mary’s house, but as it was a private tour, he was very accommodating. He planned the day as best he could to avoid large crowds as much as possible. He was very informative as he took us through Ephesus, (we skipped the terrace houses as the line was too long), the Basilica, and lastly Mary’s House. He was very well versed in the history in general but also in the specific ruins we visited. We also had a very short rug weaving presentation and then of course a sales pitch. It was a bit of pressure but we eventually gave them a firm no. We had lunch in the garden at the rug place which was surprisingly very good and relaxing. Note that attending the rug weaving presentation was optional - he said we could go to a regular restaurant but we thought it might be interesting. The van was very comfortable. We spent about 6 hours total and felt it was very worthwhile and would certainly recommend Tarkan as a guide.

Excellent trip. Our guide Pinar was the best. So friendly and knowledgeable informative. She was brilliant with our kids aged 5 and 7. We saw all the sights we wanted to see and they tailor made our trip to suit our needs. We also went to a Turkish Delight shop to sample (and buy) some yummy treats!

Our Guise Zena is personable, very knowledgeable and patient with us taking our time to explore the site of Ephesus. She spoke of history and culture of her city. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our tour. We did this tour with the cruise line before but we would recommend using this operator instead. We would highly recommend them. Please note that it’s a 4 hours of walking on uneven marbles and stones, it would be challenging for some.

This is a great way to see Ephesus at your own pace. Our guide Metin was a very knowledgeable and professional guide. He picked us up right on time and by 9:00 we were entering the upper gates of Ephesus ahead of many of the bus groups. He gave us an introduction on the history while looking at a model and continued while looking at a map. He was very patient during our exploration of this ancient city and was always willing to answer any questions we had. We exited the lower gate and continued our journey to the nearby Temple of Artemis by bus. We never felt rushed and two hours was just right for this tour. With extra time we visited a ceramics shop and ate at a local Turkish restaurant. We returned to our ship just before the rain. I highly recommend this option for a half day tour from Kusadasi.

We had a great tour to Ephesus and surrounds from Kusadasi . Out tour guide Ozgur and driver were fantastic. Ozgur tailored our tour to fit in to our plans. We saw silk being processed from the cocoon , how the rugs are an art form plus a tasty Turkish lunch . Beats the tour buses . We were only a group of 6 . Would recommend !

We met this tour guide and this driver. Their name is Riza and Okan. Riza who is the tour guide, was an excellent tour guide. The way he spoke English with us was very good. He did a good job explaining about the sites around Ephesus. For anyone who wants to come to Ephesus and wants a tour guide, choose Kusadasi Tour Company. RECOMMENDED!!!

An AMAZING tour with Mr. EMRE! We booked our tour with the Altinkum agency at the last minute. Since our initial tour was suddenly canceled by another agency, we urgently looked for another one. Altinkum promptly replied to our WhatsApp message and we booked a private tour. The tour included pick up transportation from the hotel and drop off at Izmir airport. The next day at the set time, the driver arrived. He was very polite and professional. At 1 pm, as we agreed, we met our tour guide Mr. EMRE! He is a professional tour guide with perfect English, historical knowledge, a warm sense of humor, and very polite. It is a lot to say, but in one phrase the tour was AMAZING! Highly recommend this agency and Mr. Emre.

We really enjoyed our trip. The walk was absolutely beautiful library was super interesting and the ruins were out of this world. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and also friendly. Came to Kusadasi for one day on a cruise. Found this travel agency online who provided a guided tour of Ephesus. Tour guide Emre was very knowledgeable who provided fantastic information about the ruins. Highly recommend Kusadasi Tour Company.

Informative and fun day out day. Gonca the guide was excellent with good communication and LOTS of knowledge and positive energy. The tour included visiting the ancient ruins of Espheus, and the temple of Artemis, the house of Mother Maty, the oldest marble mosque with stops to sample Turkish delight and see how traditional stoneware is made. A great day out.

I visited Kusadasi for a day and wanted to visit Ephesus, I found this company on Trip Advisor after reading reviews decided to book with them. The tour was very well organised with the tour guide Adam who was very knowledgeable. Had plenty of time in Ephesus and really enjoyed the tour. We had an amazing lunch in a local Turkish restaurant. We used this company to visit Ephesus when on a stop over with our cruise. The whole experience from start to finish was second to non. Our tour guide was Emre and his knowledge of the tour was outstanding not to mention his English language. The transport was comfortable, safe and actually great fun catering for every need. The excursion itself was extremely interesting and relaxing but above all we were able to create our own itinerary of the day ahead! I cannot recommend this tour company more... Very happy family!

It is essential to visit these 2 sites with a guide to reorient yourself in the history of ancient Greece and the different eras (and conquering peoples). The Ephesus site is currently under restoration and there are some inconveniences but it remains the must-see of the excursion despite a tourist influx. The Artemis site is larger and quieter with many spectacular sites (stadium, theater, etc.). So an excellent visit to do on a sunny day

Great tour in a small ten man group. Pick-up unerring, right in the harbour with a comfortable sprinter who took us quickly to Efesus. We had an excellent guide: Hurricane. He had an answer to every question. Made the tour excellent.

We were in Kusadasi with my mom and sister, we hired the tour to Pamukkale and Ephesus with Tour Altinkum and it was just wonderful!! It was very easy to schedule them with the help of Kerem, who was always available to help and clarify doubts. We were with Gonca, who was our guide in Spanish, and made the tours perfect!! He has an excellent command of Spanish and knows a lot about the whole history of the places, as well as being a charming person. We hired with them transfers to and from Izmir airport and everything worked perfect, always very punctual. We would re-contract everything with them, the Service was outstanding! Fully recommended!
