Erman Üslu was our tour guide for Ephesus and he was very knowledgeable about Ephesus , Izmir, and Turkey in general. He was extremely thorough and very friendly throughout the day. He was also helpful with practical need to know information about our stay in the area.

Erman is an incredible source of knowledge about Ephesus! He’ll place the ruins in a fascinating historical context and describe all that transpired in the region over multiple millennia. Additionally, touring Ephesus in the winter: best idea ever! You get the place almost entirely to yourself… plus the cats.

Arman was a very very good guide! Definitely recommend this trip to people. Ephesus is a must go for people visiting Izmir and interested in history and archeology. The lunch was great too and the timing. Nothing to complain about.

My husband and I spent the day on this excellent small group tour and we are truly glad that we did. We covered a lot of ground and learned so much more than we ever would have had we tried to discover these sites and the history on our own. Our guide Erman was great. Erman was very attentive and knowledgeable about the places we visited. My mom had some knee and feet pain and he made sure to accommodate and asked multiple times during the trip if she was ok. Highly recommend to both individuals and groups!

My trip to the ancient ruins of Ephesus was absolutely fantastic, thanks to our wonderful guides, Erman and Alfie (I'm not entirely sure on the spelling of Alfie's name, but he was brilliant!). They were both incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights into the history, architecture, and daily life in ancient Ephesus that really brought the site to life. On top of that, they were super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience fun and engaging – even answering all our questions with enthusiasm.

…this was far more than a tour of the archaeological site of Ephesus! Travelling alone, I could not have asked for a better experience. The guides (Alpi and Erman) were exceptionally well prepared, also assisting us with the Greek and Latin inscriptions, and the accompanying activities were very well organized and enjoyable. Great experience, incredible places. Our guide Erman was so nice and knowledgeable, he told us sooo many interesting things! We did the tour in late December, in a very cold day, but the good thing is that the places weren't crowded at all. If you are passionate about history, you shouldn't miss it!

We were very happy with today’s tour to Ephesus and truly enjoyed the whole experience. Our guide Erman was excellent — very knowledgeable and easy to listen to. He shared a lot of interesting information about the ancient city of Ephesus, as well as about the history of Turkey and the land that was once called Anatolia. Everything was explained in a clear and engaging way. The tour itself was very well organized. Besides visiting the ancient city of Ephesus, we also went to a beautiful Turkish ceramics workshop and shop. The quality of the ceramics is excellent, and there is a huge variety to choose from. If someone is thinking about buying Turkish ceramics, we would definitely recommend this place. Thank you very much to our guide Erman Uslu for a great day and a wonderful experience. This visit was amazing as walking through an ancient city is truly a wonderful experience. The length of the visit is enough to get to know the history without being tired. There is not much people so you can enjoy the activity. This activity doesn't require a lot of physical strength, just being able to walk for a couple of hours. Erman is a great guide, friendly, funny and taking really care of his group - he did a tour in two languages 🙌 The restaurant and the tour of the local artisans is the perfect way to close this visit. Can is an excellent driver and very friendly person. Totally worth your time and money. I recommend 👌

Beautiful day in an interesting historical place with a lovely guide and safe driver. Ermen was our guide today and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly - always asked if we had questions, and was always smiling. It’s clear he loves his job and is very professional. Our driver, Mr. Engin, was also cordial and drove safely. We were in good hands. So glad we took this tour today. Absolutely worth it.

Great trip. Hotel transfer, including lunch. Since there were 8 Spanish-speaking passengers in the shuttle, the Spanish-speaking guide Erman also speaks both English and Spanish. To the attractions, another English group merged, tour together, Highly recommend the English guide Alperen, he is very friendly, educated and courteous, very rich in explanation, halfway to 2 shopping stations.

We had a great guide. Erman has taken care of us and explained things in great detail. It has resolved doubts and helped us in important personal issues for our trip. If I ever visited Ephesus again, I'd probably hire him again.
