Ephesus is amazing and doing it with a small group is so much better than with a big bus of people. Our guide, Ceyda, was very knowledgeable and easy to listen to. Her English was perfect. The last stop was to visit a carpet factory, which I don’t remember being described as part of the tour. It is interesting to see how that they make the carpets but then we were bombarded by at least 6 people trying to get us to buy the carpets (felt like being at a timeshare sales pitch). Besides this last stop, the tour is well worth doing.

Ozz was extremely knowledgable and easy to understand. He told us history, culture and various geograhical facts about the area. We went to several different locations and our driver, Neco, got us there quickly and safely. An added surprise was a delicious lunch and we sprung for a local beer! It was a great tour and I highly recommend.

Ozz and Nemo were very good. Ozz was the most knowledgeable advisor we have ever had. I would definitely recommend him. The van was very nice and clean.

We went to the Ephesus ruins, basilica of St John and temple of Artemis with our personal guide Duygu today. Duygu met us up on time at the meeting place, and was prepared to accommodore our change of mind to visit basilica of St John instead of the Virgin Mary house we originally booked and also willing to take us to the temple of Artemis and the Terrace house within the Ephesus ruins as requested when we met. Although we were required to purchase the extra tickets to visit the Terrace house ( as it was not included in the Ephesus ruins tickets) Duygu patiently took us through these places with her professional knowledge. She ensured that we get to see what we should see and know when we went through all the points of interest, she also helped to point out theChristian "Ichthys" (fish wheel) I requested to see in the Ephesus ruins. Duygu is also very considerate in identifying WC for us before and after the trip, happily taking photos and offered to take us to the next destination outside of the tour (close to the port) without being asked. We have learnt so much from her today, not just about the Ephesus ruins but also about her country. We can see that she really loves her country. Thank you Duygu for making our day a fruitful and a memorable one. We highly recommend Duygu, our lovely guide to everyone who is planning to visit Kusadasi.

It was very good and very informative. The tour was 7 people total so it was very intimate so it was very enjoyable. Our guide was very knowledge and taught me many things about Turkish culture and history.

We absolutely loved Turkey. Ephesus is a must see. The ruins and mosaics are like nothing else.

Guide is clear and good. Other than that, the visits are too limited, This short program does not worth taking hotel pick up by 4:30 am. Too little for the effort.

Wonderful! Guide was great and kept a moderate pace. There's lots of walking, but downhill. Would be hard for people with walking issues, with uneven surfaces and stones that can become slippery. Also toured a other ruin and visited a rug store that was interesting to see the process and did not feel the pressure to make any purchases, although we did buy a rug to be shipped home. Had a great day!

Had a great experienced touring the ancient ruins of Ephesus. Our tour guide, Ty, has a vast amount of knowledge of the area and you can tell he really loves sharing history. He was also really good with the kids. Enjoyed a really nice Turkish meal after the tour!

Very easy to find tour bus after disembarking ship and our tour guide “Ozzie” was waiting for us. He was very knowledgeable and made journey to and from Ephesus informative and a pleasure. Ephesus is very open and widespread with little shade. The walkways can be very slippy. It is essential you wear suitable grip footwear. Ensure you have water and we found a parasol invaluable.

Met at the cruise terminal. Was very easy to find off the ship and the communication via WhatsApp before was very easy. Ephesus was impressive, well worth it.

Excellent trip for cruisers. Collection from the port was excellent and we were back in plenty of time. Useful timing updates given along the way so that we were confident we would not be late. Guide had excellent knowledge unfortunately not sure of his name but he was very good at finding shade for us during the excursion

A brilliant trip. The pick up from the cruise terminal was very well organised, and we were escorted to our bus. A very good drive to the higher level of Ephesus, with our excellent guide, who was very informative. He escorted us around the site, showing us lots of different and interesting things, and he was an excellent guide. The coach picked us up at the lower level, and transported us back to the terminal. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Our guide, Okan, was fantastic. He was friendly and entertaining too. We all had headsets so could easily hear him and he gave us plenty of time to take photos. No hidden costs, in fact the interactive museum was unexpectedly included in the price. There were only 20 of us and he was punctual picking us up.

Our tour guide Selin was fantastic. The tour was great and Selin was very knowledgeable. It was moderate walking which was enough for my wife and myself

We had a great experience that was relaxed and comfortable. Our guide was very informative and allowed us to move at our own pace. We also had a dedicated driver who seamlessly dropped us off at the lower entrance and was right there to pick us up when we were done. For us it was a perfect experience of Ephesus.

We had a wonderful experience on our Ephesus tour through Viator. Our guide, Taylan, was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire tour. The van was comfortable and had excellent air conditioning, which made the journey very pleasant. Taylan also kindly helped us take some great photos and made sure we had a memorable experience. The site and tour was magnificent. Our guide was very knowledgeable; especially about how the site relates to biblical times. There’s time for a little shopping and a snack then back to the port on time. No hassles at all.

We had a nice tour that was well paced for our family of four. The guide was well informed and did a nice job adapting the tour for our kids and their interests. But I left it as a two-star review because the guide tried to add on going to a leather store and a rug store after finishing what was included in our tour - Ephesus and Artemis - surely so they could get a kick back on any purchases since it was not included in the original itinerary. Also we were prompted three times while still in the van to write a review and asked repeatedly if we had completed our review yet. Then once we got to the drop off, it felt as if the driver and guide couldn’t wait to leave as they barely said thank you before the door was closed and the van whipped away.
