Gonca was excellent. She was knowledgeable and answer all of our questions, their hospitable, informative, and worked with our schedule! We loved her as our tour guy and would ask for her again and again and again.

After greeting, we will have 20 mins drive to Ephesus area. We will start visiting one of the main highlights in Turkey, Ephesus, one of the 12 cities of Ionian League (an ancient Greek district on the western coast of Asia Minor) is located near Izmir. As a port city it was a major departure point for trade routes into Asia Minor. Walk through history along marble streets lined with wonderful public buildings, among them the Baths of Scholastica, the Library of Celsus; it was built in the beginning of the 2nd century A.D. by Gaius Julius Aquila to be a memorial to his father Gaius Julius Celsus Polemanus, the proconsul of Province of Asia. , the Temple of Hadrian and The Grand Theater are two of the most impressive buildings in Ephesus. Grand theatre was built in 3rd century B.C and it was later expanded to 24.000 spectators by the Romans in the 1st century A.D. Terrace Houses can be visited by paying the entrance fee.
After Ephesus, we drive to St. John’s Basilica, it is believed that the evangelist St. John had spent his last years in the region around Ephesus and buried in the southern slope of Ayosolug Hill.
We will stop at Artemision Temple where used to be one of the seven wonders of the ancient world as our last stop before drive back to Kusadasi
We wll arrive to Kusadasi passing by gazibegendi park to have the best view of Kusadasi and cruise terminal. Drop off to Hotels or to town center where Cruise terminal is. The end of our services

We liked our guide. He was easy going and could talk both about old and modern times.
Very good experience with Ozge. She is a wonderful guide. She explain very well the history of Ephesus, ste-mary and st-john. I highly recommended
We had a great time with Saleem. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and spoke perfect English. We ended up not only having a great tour guide, but we made a new friend as well. I would recommend to anyone.
Alex did a great job, very knowledgeable and made sure we got to see everything. I ask lots of questions and he knew all the answers for me. If you book Alex, you'll learn a lot!
My husband and I agreed that the Ephesus Tour with Tansu was the best of our cruise, with stops in Rome, Naples, Crete, Mykonos, Turkey and Athens. We have never experienced a private tour, so this was a real treat. Tansu and the driver were so very gracious, kind and helpful. Tansu answered our many questions, and we enjoyed figuring it out when there was a little bit of a language barrier on both of our parts. The lunch was delicious, in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. Even though we did not purchase a carpet, the salespeople were fun, informative and hospitable to us. I can not express how much we enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend this tour to anyone! It was a very memorable day.
Ceren was a wonderful guide. The only issue was the high pressure sales pitch from the rug salesman.
Excellent day! Guide was well informed, friendly and professional. Driver did not scare me at all and was very attentive with wheelchair for us. Lunch was an awesome experience and delicious. Highly recommend!
The tour guide was very informative and spoke good English.
Tez was an exceptional tour guide, personalizing the entire experience for our group of five. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared specific insights for us along the entire trip and went at our pace. Our family was more than impressed with this trip and would recommend it to anyone. The lunch was delicious, also.
Cem was amazing very informative I loved the experience. THANK YOU CEM! To see the places today was truly humbling. The bus was nice and cool and food was good!
Our tour guide Ersan was fantastic from pickup to drop off. Very informative tour, he catered just for us and made our trip to Turkey a memorable one. Thank you Ersan! All the best!
Amazing knowledge and so much joyful energy. Pinar had all the right moments timed for the perfect experience of Ephesus. She was incredibly accommodating with the trio and the ride and widely expanded my understanding of the area and Turkey in general.
Really had a wonderful time touring Ephesus with our guide Gonca. The site was amazing and you could really feel the history that took place there. Gonca was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. As part of the tour we were also able to visit the newly opened Ephesus Experience Museum which was a highlight. The digital presentation we saw inside was very immersive and well done. Highly recommended. Afterwards Gonca took us to a local restaurant where we had a fantastic meal and got to know her better and learn more about the country. All in all it was a great day and well worth it. Thanks Gonca!
Very efficient from start to finish. Different ages and abilities and Selenay was patient with us all. Lots of information on the history of Ephesus. Lunch was lovely and the carpet showroom an added bonus. Fabulous day out.
My wife and I booked the private tour and was not disappointed. Our guide was emry who really brought the bible to life with his knowledge of archaeology and history as well as being a nice bloke who was easy to talk to. We are planning to go back and do the seven churches tour with him. The trip was amazing and an eye opener to how people used to live their lives. I would definitely recommend the trip and empty our tour guide
Lovely guide, wonderful Ephesus tour. Great lunch. Then stuck in an awkward situation with a high pressure salesman of carpets when we expressed no interest whatsoever in carpets and carpets had nothing to do with what was mentioned in the tour offer. Lost trust in company. Official tour from our ship also visited carpet factory (perhaps same one?) and passengers were ripping mad when back at ship at experience they felt destroyed their day. All felt abused as precious hours in port wasted on sales pitch for something they didn't want.
Two of us took the five hour tour of Ephesus, St. John’s Basilica, and the Temple of Artemis. We were surprised and pleased that got our own tour guide and driver for just two of us, but that is how our was advertised! We were met with a sign with our names right when we exited the cruise ship, and walked only a short distance with our guide to the car. Admission to the sites was included, as was a tasty Turkish lunch with our tour guide at a local restaurant (Agora - delicious!) in Selcuk! Our tour guide Yavuz M. was great. He was willing and able to answer our questions about the sites and the Turkish culture and current environment. He was also familiar with the local region. On the tour, he explained particulars of a point of interest and then gave us as much free time as we wanted to explore and take pictures at those points. He was friendly and easy going. Our driver Mehmet was polite and prompt and provided water for the drive. We’d book with this group again!
Our group of 6 had an awesome private tour with Umut Yilmaz, our tour guide for the day. He enthusiastically welcomed us and told us about Ephesus in our van ride from the hotel. He knows so much as he shared all his knowledge once we got to Ephesus, Mary’s House, St John’s Church and Temple of Artemis! We all were very captivated with all that he taught us. He took us to a local restaurant for lunch and helped us order and told us about the dishes. He patiently waited while we shopped for souvenirs! We truly enjoyed a wonderful day with Umut! ❤️
Excellent experience with Selda! She's friendly, easy-going and very passionate about Turkish history and culture. She's thoughtful and responsible and made us feel safe at all times. She was extremely accommodating and cheerful company. We also had an amazing driver who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and secure. Couldn't recommend them more!
