We had an amazing day with Yesra to Ephesus with stops at the House of the Virgin Mary and our choice of lots of no-pressure local shops. She gave so much history on the tour and made the day easy and fun. The meeting spot was super easy to find and she was always available on WhatsApp for questions. This is a personalized tour and absolutely amazing. Our tour guide Arda asked if we were interested in anything else in addition to what the tour included and took us to a wonderful baklava bakery, handbag store and more! Arda is fabulous and has been in the business for 20 years therefore, she knows everyone! We were with her for 6 hours!
Pedro is a great guy because he explains well and adapts very well to your needs and read well those who are going to book here: take money because they are going to take them to a leather goods factory/store with the same quality of premium brands at true savers prices! And those who like rugs will cry before the art of the carpet factory that Pedro is going to wear! The only one who forces you to buy in these stores is that you have good taste and that you know what money is for.
We had an excellent tour with Umut. He was extremely knowledgeable about Ephesus and Turkish history. The Terrace houses should not be missed. We really enjoyed seeing the Turkish Pottery made and bought a few small dishes. The women making the Turkish rugs were amazing. Lunch at the rug centre was good. Only thing that was surprising is that this is billed as a 3 hour tour. It was actually more like 6. We did get back to the ship in plenty of time to shop the market at the port.
Ephesus was great - very strenuous for older folks. Lots of stairs and ups and downs. Only issue was the tour guide whom seemed somewhat disinterested in our group. Left us on our own several times. We noted other guides did not do that and stayed with their groups.

Great tour of euphesis with yiggi It was well worth the money, yiggi was very informative and knowledgeable The whole tour took about 6 1/2 hours, including a guided tour of walking around the ruins ( it was 40 euros each ) but well worth it, which took over two hours of walking, a few people with mobility problems decided not to do it) A great hologram show at the end Pick up and drop off excellent Also stopped at a carpet factory and pottery making business for about 40 minutes each. Also stopped for some beautiful Turkish food and water served by very efficient staff included in the get your guide price

She explained everything so clearly and brought the ancient ruins to life with fascinating stories and historical details. My wife and I had an amazing time in turkey with our guide Gamze. She took us to Ephesus and to visit pottery and carpets and how they are made. Everyone was very friendly and polite. The highlight was Ephesus and St. John’s basilica. Amazing historical places and it would not have been the same experience without Gamze. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the rich details in every corner. She and her team are very professional and respectful. I would 100% recommend them if you want to have the best one day trip to Kusadasi/ Ephesus. Note: we were cruising. But I would definitely come back again to enjoy the beaches
