It was a wonderful stay! The service is quite nice, especially Mr, Yunus during morning breakfast, thank you. A special mention, the house keeping team, does an excellent job, rooms are kept clean. Daily cleaning service staff I don’t know your names but thank you so much I was quite impressed with the tidy job y’al have done during my stay! I hope the management appreciates your hard and dedicated work!
Had a very relaxing few days at the hotel. My room was lovely and the room staff particularly Ozlem Yildiz was great. I found staff in reception (restaurant desk) less helpful and in some cases I waited quite a long time to be served. Spa was excellent. Particularly Darca (?). Loved hotel’s location so close to the promenade and sea. I’d stay again.
Great hotel! Amazing facilities, food, open pool and more importantly friendly staff! Ayşe hanım from loyalty club was lovely. The room service person Hafize hanım tiredlessly helped us everyday promptly with any issues. Will definetly come back!
We have had the best experience at Swissotel! The customer service is excellent and has far exceeded my expectations. The personalized attention at breakfast has been one of the highlights. Melis has been so kind and attentive, ensuring that we have everything we need. Additionally, the indoor and outdoor pools have been a highlight for my children. The hotel grounds are gorgeous and have been maintained impeccably! I cannot recommend this hotel experience enough!
My stay for a business trip happened to coincide with my birthday. While I was relaxing by the outdoor pool, Ms. Asya and Mr. Arda surprised me with a lovely birthday dessert and a candle. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly special, and it became a memory I will always cherish. Special thanks to Ms. Asya, Mr. Arda, and the entire bar team for their kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality throughout my stay. The cocktails were excellent, the pool was spotless, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.
