The staff doesn't care about the people staying there. If you got a problem no one will take ownership to fix the problem. We are told over and over to just live with it or go to another hotel but of course they will keep your money. Looks beautiful on the outside but bad on the inside.. UPDATE: See pictures. The one with the falling ceiling is from the main lobby. The place is literally falling apart. There's a horrible smell and for the last 2 days the fire alarm has gone off. No explanation if there was a fire or what.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. On the positive side, I really liked the spacious room and the service — both were good and comfortable. However, the corridors were quite cold, and the breakfast area was especially cold — honestly, uncomfortably so. It was not pleasant at all, and I ended up going to a café across the street instead. Even the lobby felt almost as cold as being outside. With better heating, the experience would have been much better overall.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Do NOT stay here! We stayed only one night and it was a disaster from the start. First, they gave us a key to a room that was already occupied — with someone else’s belongings inside. Imagine the risk if something had gone missing! Their excuse was that it was the staff’s "first day," but given the rest of the experience, I don’t believe that explanation at all. When we finally got to our room, things didn’t get any better. The “land view” balcony was literally blocked by a wall. I was worried they might even give our key to someone else, so I tried to secure the room, but the extra lock on the main door was loose and did not feel very secure, and the balcony door couldn’t even be locked. The room itself was dirty, full of dust, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the bathroom had no ventilation. I tried to turn on the reading light and it fell off, the other reading light did not work either, and the light of the make up mirror was faulty. This place felt unsafe, unhygienic, and completely mismanaged. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. I tried to send them an email about those things and they never replied.

Great location, clean, good breakfast. The staff was terrific!!!! I am a frequent traveler around the world, the hotel is not fancy and glamorous , it was pretty basic but it was one of the best Ramada’s I stayed in. I must name Receptionist Gokhan Vardarlı, he is a team on his own!!!! And Food Supervisor Resul Aslan along with Mehmet Aldemir. They bent backwards to help us. I really appreciate!
