The hotel looks good when you enter, but don’t let that fool you. It was probably great in the 80s when it was built, but nothing has been done to uphold that standard. *The food leaves much to be desired *The prizes are higher than Switzerland (20€ for a drink) *The pool is nice *The front desk was really rude *They turned off the lights in the restaurant while we were still eating (before restaurant closing time) Only book this hotel if you really like black mold and rude employees/bad service.
I stayed yesterday, we were really satisfied, all the employees were very intetested, they all welcomed with a smile, the room staff are very polite, especially the floor chief Meryem
While this is a 5-star hotel by rating, the actual service feels more like a half-board property. The dining experience needs strict quality control; someone should taste and inspect all dishes, salads, and appetizers for proper seasoning before they are served. While the chefs are capable of producing first-class meals when provided with premium ingredients, the current ingredient quality falls short. On a positive note, the pools and gardens are well-maintained, and the parking area is clearly marked. However, the central air conditioning was completely shut off, seemingly because of low guest occupancy. Lastly, a special thanks to the young staff members who are hard-working and doing their best.
The room, and corridors to them, are REALLY dated with shower mounts that are falling off the walls and gardens that desperately need irrigating. It looks no different to 11 years ago when RSD last put us here. The food is fine and the hot thermal baths a joy.
