Movenpick Hotel Izmir

Location is great but mind that there are no parking for you. You have to give to valet and if you have problem with it accept this as a warning. Rooms were clean but I have to say it. There might be costs on places you don't expect. They have a ice cream in the lobby with their own branding (hotel name is on the ice cream) there were no visible signs of the price of it. I called the reception when I was in my room and asked whether it was available they said yes and when I asked for price they directed me to the room service and I told them I wanna eat in the lobby and they hung up. When I got there like I said there were no signs of the pricing and I didn't see a menu. After we got the ice creams a pos machine magically appeared and each ice cream costs 300 liras ($8 USD) The price is out of reality and they act like this was something normal. I also got breakfast and while I was eating they asked whether I want an omlette or not. I said sure and they got me one which was really tasty but I got charged for it. (There were no warnings that were saying me it is not included with the breakfast) even though it is small I believe it is still something. And also valet is i believe suppose to be paid (because the card that they gave me says that) but they didn't charge me for it so it's a plus point I guess. My room was great and clean and other than that everything was okay. Furthermore, following my feedback, the Guest Relations team reached out via email promptly. Their quick response, attentive attitude, and constructive approach were truly commendable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I appreciate their care for guest satisfaction.

We were in Izmir, Turkey, on a business trip and stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Izmir for four days. Our stay was exceptional. The hotel offers outstanding service, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a healthy, delicious breakfast. What impressed us the most, however, was the genuine care and kindness shown by the hotel staff. I accidentally left some very important personal belongings in my room. As soon as I contacted the hotel, the management responded immediately and arranged for my belongings to be safely shipped to my home address in Georgia. This level of professionalism, responsibility, and customer care is truly rare and deserves the highest appreciation. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Mövenpick Hotel Izmir. Your kindness and dedication made a lasting impression on me. Whenever I think of Turkey, I think of Izmir, and whenever I think of Izmir, I will always remember Mövenpick Hotel Izmir with great affection. ❤️

For my wedding in Izmir, I booked 17 rooms for our guests. From start to finish, the service of Mövenpick was wonderful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the location was loved by all our guests and the breakfast was delicious and very well filled with all kinds of food. But most importantly the staff made our stay absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so kind and helpful and everything we requested was possible. They really deserve a gold medal.
