Currently staying here right now. The staff have all been very accommodating and they listened to all my requests for a quiet non smoking room, even upgrading me. Breakfast was good including a fresh omelette. The gym is basic but adequate to stay in tick over mode and when I asked reception to use the sauna she happily switched it on and told me to wait 30 minutes which was perfect. Not sure if the small indoor pool is open or not?
Very nice hotel at a very busy street. Its better to go by car everywhere because there are no walking areas for people by foot on the streets in front of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and speaks fluently english. They immediatly told us that the pool was out of order and we even got a cheaper price because of that. Room was very neat, ac was very silent and helped a lot. It was a quiet room, too.
I think it's the best choice on our third trip to Turkey! We were greeted by a professional, very attentive, kind smiling staff, who offered us an up grade, totul fiind la superlativ! Samit a young, kind, friendly communicator excellently, he gave us help and information on everything we needed! Congratulations to the staff!
We enjoyed a great stay the night before our flight out to Cappadocia. It is a convenient location to the airport. We enjoyed the dinner that was included in our stay. The wait staff (Ekrem, Ufuk, & Baris) at dinner was terrific! So attentive, friendly, and very fun!
