Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast had a great variety. Only thing I would add is that it would be great if you could have a pan in the room to use in the kitchenette

We had a wonderful stay at Marlen Hotel Bayraklı. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome by offering us refreshments during check-in and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. One experience that truly touched my heart was the kindness of one of the housekeeping lady. I wasn't feeling well, so I was walking laps in the hallway to get some movement. She noticed me, checked on me personally, and even offered to bring me something from the restaurant. Although we had a language barrier, we used Google Translate to communicate. Her compassion and thoughtfulness meant so much to me. It's moments like these that make traveling so special, you meet genuinely kind people who leave a lasting impression on your heart. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and in a very convenient location with easy access to restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the rest of İzmir. The rooms were comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a nice variety each morning, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail. The breakfast staff was always present, attentive, and incredibly kind, making sure our family had everything we needed. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. Your kindness and care made our stay truly memorable, and we would happily return the next time we're in İzmir.

Such a wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. One of the housekeepers, Darya, was the nicest and most thoughtful woman. She took such good care of me during my stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Everything was fresh, so tasty, and there were always so many options to choose from. The waitresses were so friendly as well. Rooms were tidy and modern. Location was excellent. Room service and mini bar are a little pricey so I didn’t use anything but so many affordable restaurants to choose from within walking distance and the grocery store is only a 2 minute walk down the street in case you want to grab cheap snacks and necessities. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location to any friends and family! 10/10! Thank you

Nice hotel. We stayed in the deluxe suite and it was nice and spacious. Bed was ok. No luggage stand, minimal wardrobe space. We had a problem with the shower and they came to sort it straight away, all staff were kind and polite. Room service was very nice, quality food. Breakfast was good. No chairs or table on balcony. Housekeeping polite and did a very good job. Thank you for a nice stay.
