Perfect place for families and a long weekend vacation. Calm and peaceful hotel, rooms are not super cool but they are super clean. Pool is enough big for everyone. There is really good gym facility, and tennis courts. You can continue your workouts during your stay. Food is also moderate. Employees are great, they make you feel really comfortable.
Our room had no hot water and you had to pay for bottled water 😂 Kirme and Debbie were absolutely fabulous and amazing. Highly recommend the spa
Our room had no air-con, no hair dryer and our door handle was falling off. Staff were very accommodating and lovely but there weren’t enough water front staff.
Honestly wouldn’t come here again. There was too many people and not enough classes or Watersports sessions available for tasters. The food choices were frequently mislabeled and the vegan options were plain pasta, plain broccoli or cauliflower and no desert options at all. If you are celiac do not book here.
I would highly recommend the spa! Friendly & welcoming staff members. Ayaz helped me select the best massage for my body and Devi was the best masseuse. I felt relaxed during /after the massage and my knots & tension melted away. The resort is excellent for kids, the MW staff Ella and Will were engaging and knowledgeable. The hotel rooms are dated and the walls are thin so bring ear plugs.
