Old furniture .. dirty towels .. insects on beds, empty mini bar, slow house keeping, No room service and more disaster things . Went to Spa for massage appointment, found 4 staff on floor smoking and chatting. Good breakfast at garden, but while you are eating they clean floors and cutting grass 🙈I went out for 5 hours and asked them to clean and do the room , but they did not 🙈 Never come back to this kind of hotels
Such a beautiful spot for a summer getaway! The hotel is super cozy with gorgeous landscaping! The food is good and the staff were amazing. Totally recommend it.
My girlfriend and I had an amazing week at Capri Suites. The location is great, being only a 2minute walk from the bars and shops. The swimming pool and lounge area is 10/10. And the staff are wonderful, special mention to Yasin who gave us loads of recommendations and made our trip a special one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!
Great spot to stay in Alacati it's just a few minutes walk from the historical center of the city. The staff is amazing and the rooms are comfortable. Food is very good (although we didn't have any main meals here). The best part of course is the full-size pool -- especially in the heat of the summer. You pay for what you get, but would definitely come back again.
We have been coming here for 4 years now. It gets better each year. Esp the service and hospitality this year was outstanding. Regarding the hotel, simply amazing, it has this Ibiza or Bali vibe. The interior design, the garden, the pool, everything done with attention and detail. Highly recommended, best hotel in the area.
