Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort

We had a great time at this hotel and the staff are so great with children. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. However, for a "5*" hotel there are a number of issues that would mean I wouldn't stay again: - The food should be improved. It is very repetitive and I got extremely bored of it over the week and it is not of a good quality. There isn't any live cooking. - Drinks - there is no real wine selection and drinks are very basic. Please invest in better coffee, I do not want to drink instant machine coffee for a whole week. And the queues at times to get a drink were too long during the day. - The WiFi is terrible and completely pointless. - When asking for late check out was told we needed to ask on the morning of departure. I did and then was told we could stay in our room a few hours extra for 90 EUR. This seems extortionate, for something which doesn't incur any additional cost to the hotel.

My second holiday to Turkey 🇹🇷 Im honestly impressed with this hotel. The entertainment team for me made the holiday so much more. The gym was ok needed some more plates and a few more treadmills but did what it needed. Alcohol selection and food was spot on. Taxi service outside the front door on the road. My room was clean and the staff worked none stop. Im most likely ro return to this hotel brilliant just brilliant.

We chose this hotel because of the very good reviews regarding its standard, cleanliness and food. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing, especially the overall standard of the hotel and the level of cleanliness. When we arrived, we found our room dirty and not properly cleaned. We reported this immediately at reception and were assured that the room would be cleaned. Unfortunately, even the next day, despite these assurances, the problem had still not been resolved. Cleanliness in the common areas of the hotel also left a lot to be desired. On the positive side, there was a good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, large swimming pools, and the hotel has a compact layout, so everything is easy to reach. For an Ultra All Inclusive hotel, we also expected a better drinks selection. There were no fresh juices. The wine selection was very limited, with basically only one basic wine available, while there was a much wider choice of spirits. The hotel has some good points, but considering the very positive reviews, we expected a noticeably higher standard, especially in terms of cleanliness.

We had an amazing holiday at Korumar Ephesus Beach Resort & SPA. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were always friendly, professional, and willing to help. The highlight of our stay was definitely the animation team. They were full of energy, always smiling, and created a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day. There was something for everyone – beach volleyball, pool games, fitness activities, fun competitions, and entertaining evening shows. What impressed us the most was how welcoming and approachable the animators were. They never pressured anyone to join activities but always encouraged guests with a positive attitude and made everyone feel included. They were professional, enthusiastic, and genuinely cared about making our holiday unforgettable. Thanks to the animation team, we made wonderful memories and had so much fun every single day. They truly deserve special recognition for their hard work and dedication. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent service, great food, and an outstanding entertainment team. We can’t wait to come back!
