Level of service is very far from 5 stars. The Internet is absolutely horrendous, I have asked 5 times in 2 days to check it because I have important online meetings, after the 5th request a person came to check, told me they would do some test and then disappeared without solving the problem. I had to do my meeting by phone. Breakfast has plenty of selections but low quality, all pastries taste pretty much the same. Spa services are good but there are kids everywhere shouting and playing, it s Impossible to enjoy a bit of peace. Last but not least, most staff barely speak English. Far from 5 stars.

I gave them 5-Star evaluation and I can give them more if available, My stay was 4 nights and I really enjoyed every single day, the staff are kind, cooperative and friendly support all guests regardless of the guest nationality as all I met speak English. The location is amazing little bit far from city center but this is an advantage for me as I didn’t been stuck in the traffic and airport, malls, fair and all “must visit” places are 15 or 20 minutes max. from the hotel. There is a free parking area by the way. I enjoyed all facilities there in my stay open pool, closed area pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna and thermal area as well. All in all it’s totally recommended abd I intend to stay here in all my visit to İzmir. Last evening I discovered a piece of ceramic broken in the open pool and told the cafe staff they were keen to call the maintenance to fix it. Today morning I met with a lady and gentleman from the management were controlling the pool themselves, I told them again they were aware and informed me it was fixed and they are looking if any more issues. Many thanks for all the Hotel staff. At last, many thanks to Serper bey in the front office. By the way I like İzmir and its people so much.
Stayed here for the İzmir Fuar, stayed 2 nights. Hotel was a bit far from Airpot, and situated on a top hill, not too convenient. Hotel lobby was nice, really dark. Front desk staff was pleasant and called us a cab when we needed. Room was a twin, it was big enough for 2 of us with 4pcs of luggage. Room was dated and old and our 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom shower would flood with water and leak out and same with the bidet. We toured the gym and the spa and it was nice and clean although we didn’t have time to book and service. Breakfast was pleasant; variety of options. Check out process was a nightmare, no order and the lady (Rabia )that was helping us was rude and impatient and had the worst attitude. They tried charging us for something we didn’t order claiming we ate at the restaurant when we didn’t when clearly the receipt they gave us didn’t match the name of our reservation.
It was the first hotel on our trip that already had a Christmas tree beautifully set up in the lobby 🎄😍 such a lovely festive surprise! The hotel feels modern, and the staff are consistently professional. I spotted a live piano performance too in the lobby at 8 pm. What truly stood out, though, was the food. Super impressive. They served whole sea bream at the dinner buffet, salt-baked on the first night, then fried the next. Plus, there was grilled salmon. Maybe it was a Saturday special, but it definitely felt premium. On my final morning, breakfast was outstandingly served by Musa. His service was impeccable; attentive, polite, and genuinely thoughtful. He greeted us before seating, offered hot drinks right away, kept our water and juice topped up, and cleared plates quickly so we always had space. Easily one of the most considerate restaurant staff I’ve met. 👏
Stayed here during my visit to İzmir, and it exceeded expectations. The hotel is modern, spacious, and geared toward comfort and wellness. The highlight is definitely the thermal spa — large pools with naturally warm mineral water, clean locker areas, and a very calming atmosphere. The spa team is professional, and the massages are excellent. Rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with good beds and strong water pressure in the showers. Breakfast and dinner buffets have a huge variety of dishes — Turkish cuisine plus plenty of international options. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always happy to help. The location is peaceful, away from the noise of the city, but still close enough for a short drive to the main attractions. Bring a swimsuit and flip-flops for the thermal pools; you’ll want to spend a lot of time there.
