Izmir Ontur Hotel - Boutique Class

This is my third visit to the Ontur Izmir hotel. It is like my home in Izmir. Amazing location. Very safe. The manager and the reservation manager Tugba, very helpful and friendly. The food and beverage and restaurant manager, Sahin, greets you with a smile and always wants to know what he can get for you. Levent in the restaurant is also very attentive and friendly. As a matter of fact the entire staff are well trained and caring. The restaurant is excellent, the breakfasts are tasty and many choices . The rooms are very clean and comfortable . I recommend this hotel highly . If I were to make one suggestion, is the improvement in the choice of cable TV channels especially for English speaking guests. As I said you will not regret coming to this hotel.

Stayed here in the last week for 7 nights absolutely fantastic hotel in every way great rooms great food and great staff .

It is a decent hotel, rooms are spacious more than 20 m2, breakfast is ok, some staff can speak English.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Excellent experience. Service, staff, rooms, cleanliness, Breakfast, location really amazing. I will return. I was there for almost a month so believe me this is the hotel to stay at in Izmir. These are some very special staff I came into contact with at the hotel: In the breakfast area: Mert, Levent, Sude. The ladies who maintain the room, Sevda and Nurcan. The lady in charge of Reservations and the Manager of the hotel. All very helpful and friendly.
