Hotel Flora Garden Ephesus

I love this hotel because very very nice personel here and great beach is wonderfull and special animation team we come from germany and animation team always smile and energy mahir sevgi burak but special hasan he is realy lovely see you next time 👋🇹🇷

We stayed at the hotel with our family from August 23 to August 25, 2026. We honestly wondered how this hotel received its five-star rating. Although the hotel has a beautiful sea, unfortunately, the service and overall management did not meet our expectations. Communication and coordination between departments are quite poor. We were left with the impression that guest requests and the overall stay were not properly followed up. Due to some situations we experienced, we found it difficult to feel comfortable and secure at the hotel. The number of parking spaces and sun loungers is insufficient for the hotel’s capacity. Although check-in time is 2:00 PM, we were only able to enter one of our rooms at 3:30 PM. We also noticed that the aquapark did not always follow consistent operating hours and was sometimes closed earlier than the stated hours. The food was also below our expectations in terms of both taste and variety. Overall, there are serious shortcomings in the quality of service, organization, and communication. We expected a much more professional, well-coordinated, and attentive level of service.

We were at old part of the hotel and the rooms are definitely not 5 stars, but 3 stars. Everything is old and worn out. The beach is sandy but a lot of sea grass in the sea. Umbrellas are small and doesn't have a good shadow. Food was good, cooked Turkish food.

The hotel is really wonderful and suitable for people of all ages. Thanks to the all-inclusive concept, everything was very convenient, and I had a great time with my friends. The hotel’s interior design is also beautiful and unique, with lovely sculptures and paintings throughout the property. Despite its stylish and impressive architecture, the design is not complicated or confusing, so it is very easy to find your way around and reach everything you need. The fact that the hotel is right by the sea is a huge advantage. The sea is very clean, and the beach is extremely well-maintained. The hotel takes great care of the beach and keeps everything clean and organized. The water slides and activities are also really fun, so you never get bored during the day. The food is great as well. There is a main restaurant as well as a pastry shop, and you can always find something to eat at almost any time of the day. You definitely won’t go hungry, as there are always different food and snack options available. The staff are incredibly friendly and warm. After a while, you feel more like friends with the staff rather than just guests. Everyone is smiling, helpful, and full of positive energy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where they can both relax and have fun. We had a wonderful and enjoyable holiday, and I would love to come back again. I highly recommend it
