Hotel De Gold Alacati

I was very pleased with my stay at Hotel De Gold Alaçatı. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ufuk for his attentiveness and friendly approach. He is very caring, cheerful, and truly cares about guest satisfaction. The lady at the reception was also very friendly and helpful, assisting with everything. Thanks to their kind approach, I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much for their efforts and attention. I will definitely choose this hotel again. 🌸

Despite making a reservation a month in advance, they gave us a room with no working air conditioning and no view. The lady we spoke to on the phone was very polite and mature. However, when we arrived at the hotel, she wouldn't even look at us :) They smoothed things over after we showed some resistance, otherwise everything was fine.

We left the hotel very happy with our 3-month-old baby. First of all, the hotel's location is a 5-minute walk from Alaçatı market. Even if you come without a car, you can have a great time. Being close to everything is a huge advantage, especially with a small baby. We used the pool all day. The pool was very quiet because many people went to the beach early in the morning. We had a wonderful time. We had read comments that the breakfast was insufficient, but I think it was quite adequate. It may have been thought that way because we are a society used to breakfasts with huge plates and half of them going to waste. The products at breakfast were of good quality and sufficient. The staff were attentive and friendly. We would like to thank Mr. Ufuk and the lady who works with him very much. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Amazing place to spend your vacation in Turkey. Super friendly staff willing to help at all times. Super quiet and relaxing, clean rooms, awesome breakfast and poolside bar. Highly recommended to couples who enjoy peace and quiet.
