Greymark Hotel

26-8-2026 we visited the restaurant of the hotel Greymark hotel for breakfast. The coffee machine didn't serve coffee because it hasn't been filled with water. The clients were waiting in the raw. We informed the clerk that was there. He denied to fill the machine. We asked for the manager. He denied also to inform him about the problem. He was impolite and unprofessional. I don't recommend this hotel.

I loved it here! The rooms were so clean and the staff was very friendly! The food was really good and rhe flavours were very strong witch means that the food was cooked very good. The rooms were very big and clean. They made sure everyday to give us stuff like water, towels and tea. I really recomend this hotel!🫶🏼

Stayed here for 10 nights. Everything was perfect. We had a large room, cleaned daily by a lovely, helpful lady who gave us everything we needed for our stay. Food at this hotel is fantastic, cooked as you order so its so fresh. I highly recommend the souffle on the dessert menu. Bar/restaurant staff are extremely nice. Hotel is walking distance of many cafes, shops, restaurants, a beautiful park, konak pier & a brilliant Turkish Market with everything you would need to buy. I highly recommend this hotel

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is good with nice buffets in the morning and evening. For the price, it offers decent value. But there is a serious issue: the hotel is right next to a nightclub. Loud bass music plays every night from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m., and it’s impossible to sleep. The staff did nothing to help with the noise. If you need a good night’s rest, I would not recommend staying here.
