This is by far my best Hotel experience in Türkiye! The Rooms are super clean, the vibe and decor is exceptionally beautiful, linens and Toiletries are very good quality; yet that's not the best part, the management and staff are SUPER nice and friendly people; polite, welcoming and very professional! They accomodated every request we had, were super helpful when it came to transfers, they spoke directly to taxi drivers and helped us arrange a multi point pickup upon checking out! Their breakfast is out of this world! Super fresh and hot! I totally recommend! And I'd repeat my visit without any hesitation! Thank you for such an amazing stay 🤍

I travel a lot and stay in hotels very often, so I have experienced many different situations but I have honestly never experienced such rude and arrogant behavior.
I called the hotel to ask for the price, and they gave me a rate that was significantly higher than the price shown online. When I simply said that I would then book online instead, the person on the phone reacted in a very hostile way and told me that if I booked online, they would have the booking cancelled. This was said with a raised voice, without any apology, without any attempt to be helpful, and with an extremely arrogant attitude.
I found this behavior completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly shocking. Even though the hotel has many good reviews, my personal experience was extremely negative. Based on this interaction alone, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.
A truly beautiful and authentic place, every detail is thoughtfully designed and full of character. The hotel is very clean, and the Turkish breakfast is exceptional: rich, diverse, and very generous. The location is perfect, just a short walk from cafés, restaurants, and the sea. A wonderful stay overall.
The only small thing to note is that the streets in the area are quite narrow, which can make driving a bit tricky, but this is part of the charm of the old town.
