Duqqan Deluxe Hotel

We have had a great week here at the Duqqan Hotel. The hotel is very clean, the facilities are in great condition and the service is excellent. Our room was very spacious, a new mattress made for a good nights sleeps. The facilities were all in good order and the room service was very good. Customer service has been good. Polat has been so helpful to us. Özgür the bar man has also worked really hard with great service delivering me my food! The hotel is central to the town of Kusadasi. It’s a 5 minute walk to the centre of the town and a little further to the beach. There are so many restaurants outside the hotel and a Migros supermarket opposite A great place to stay!

My husband and I highly recommend Duqqan. It is within easy walking distance to restaurants and beach and the rooms are faultless. We chose Duqqan because I wanted a decent gym with a treadmill which was brilliant for me. Amazingly helpful, friendly staff especially the restaurant Manager Polat and and Urzgud. Fabulous lunches made exactly as we liked!will be returning 👌😀

⭐ 1/5 — Absolutely disgusting experience at Duqqan Hotel, Kuşadası. I checked in just after 2 PM and was absolutely horrified by the condition of the bathroom. It was filthy — hair everywhere all over the floor, dust, a completely dirty wash basin and a disgusting toilet. What makes it even worse is that there was a cleanliness seal around the toilet claiming it had been cleaned when I have photographic and video evidence showing that it was clearly filthy. Honestly, you wouldn’t even want to keep your dog in a bathroom like this, never mind expect a paying guest to use it. I had literally just come back from the dentist next door and was in pain, so all I wanted to do was relax, but instead I had to deal with a filthy room and make complaints. They claimed they cleaned it again and someone did come into the room, but they clearly didn’t actually resolve the problem. I then spoke to the receptionist again and was told there was no manager available, and to make matters worse, he actually put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting service from start to finish. The cleanliness was horrific, the customer service was appalling and nobody seemed interested in actually resolving the situation. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again and would strongly advise anyone thinking of booking to think twice. I have photographic and video evidence of the condition the room was in when I arrived. Absolutely disgraceful.

Location is ideal as it’s just a short walk to the town and easy to take minibus to ladies beach from right outside the hotel entrance. Can also walk to the port in 10 mins. Staff are super friendly and also helpful, their facilities are good, they have sauna steam room to use for free and hamam and massage services for a charge, their outdoor swimming pool is a good size for the hotel size rooms are modern, but some things need a bit of maintenance, but considering the price and location to be expected The breakfast is well thought out for a non five star hotel so works well, everything is clean and tidy. A good option depending what you want
