It’s a calm welcoming environment on the banks of river.
Perfect for boat trips, walking to the town centre shops, restaurants and bars.
Two main pool areas plus large well equipped gardens for resting.
Breakfast is fresh, good quality and self service. All produce is tasty. Eggs and omelettes to order.
Dinner is a la carte and covers a range of budgets and appetites.
Respecting the hotels wishes for food and drink not to be brought in is a fair policy. The prices are very reasonable and keep the hotel team busy and employed and allow the hotel to function efficiently, profitably and calmly.

A little piece of paradise. Loving our stay in this beautifully located hotel. 10 mins walk to the town and shopping makes this an ideal spot for a peaceful and relaxing break.
2 lovely sized pools for swimming in. A bar and restaurant throughout the day also, plus breakfast has ample choice and is tasty.
Shout out to Ayla who we met within 30 mins of arriving - so beautiful, welcoming and engaging; a credit to the hotel. She showed us around and we also booked a super package spa session with her. My daughter and I had the most amazing session. Rya and Seda were both attentive, professional and patient - me post rib fracture and my daughter 32 wks pregnant. We both said it was the best we have ever had, and being members of a spa at home, we know you get a lot for your money here. Thank you so much ladies!!

Beautiful setting, but not the 4* it claims. Staff are great - friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is very different to a Northern European breakfast, but perfectly adequate.
Do not have a coffee. As others have said, it’s horrendous.
The adult spa hotel is not a separate hotel. It’s a separate wing with its own pool and rooms. The bar and restaurant are shared and in the non-adult section, which isn’t an issue unless you are expecting something different.
Rooms are also a bit snug, but fine.
A boutique hotel for max 200 people, with both family and adults only sections and separate pools. Lovely river front gardens with seating anongst trees, shrubs and flowers to watch the boats go by from dawn to dusk. Quiet and not for you if you want entertainment but perfect for a peaceful break.
Breakfast is perfectly adequate, including omelettes and pancakes cooked to order. Lunch/dinner menu is fine, but not all the Turkish offerings of elsewhere, how ere it is a comfortable 10 minute stroll to the start of Dalyan's restaurants and a further 5 minutes to the main Street and harbour with the main restaurant area.
Great location but that's about it. It's a three star hotel. Quality of the rooms isn't great, though the superior rooms on the Spa side are fine. It's really just one hotel, so the separate "Spa" reservation process is confusing. As has been noted, coffee at breakfast is terrible but they have chosen not to do anything about it. There is also an alarm on the room doors that sounds and can be heard through the entire hotel if you leave the door open. Bizarre. And the whole thing with the multiple signs telling you to not bring in outside food or drink is too much. I made a point of not eating at the hotel.
