As i crossed the door of the Balim sultan otel, I got hit by the family warmth vibe, a garden covered by grape fruit trees that bring this breeze in the summer time, the first thing I did, "I reached for one grape and ate it.
Even though we didn't book the early check-in they gave us the room anyway.
The room is descent and clean.
This pearl boutique hotel is a minute away walking from the beach of çeşme and " LA Marina" With various restaurants from gastromic to traditional, from local cuisine to foreign cuisine.
The alleys of Çeşme lined with local fruits.
I reccommend this hôtel for people who like calm, discovery, and new couples as well as old couples.

Bad place to stay. The owner is a dishonest man. We booked through booking for a week and only stayed there 1night because the room had mold, and very dirty. The owner refused to refund us, and still to this day is lying about the conditions of the room. It was nothing like the pictures here! Avoid this place!!!
We had booked two double rooms, and they had mold and were completely different from the pictures. When we asked the owner about this, he tried to hide it and put us (two couples) in one big family room, which was a downgrade.
This room wasn't any better. There were electrical cables lying around that could put your life at risk if touched. The bathroom was very dirty, and there was still mold and rust in the second room. Furthermore, we found hair and other dirt in the room.
The next morning, we asked again if he had any available double rooms. He didn't, so we decided to leave. The owner refused to refund us, and to this day, he continues to lie about the conditions of the room.
Everything in the room was a health hazard, and I would not recommend anyone go there. There are way better alternatives, and this listing shouldn't even be allowed on Booking!
P.S. The next morning, instead of treating the mold, he just painted over it and showed it to us as if he had "fixed it."
