Great fruits & dessert sessions , pastries are not too sweet, but only served bottle of water. Tea or coffee need to charge extra in dinner time . Highly recommend try Termal pool , so relaxing after long walking

Spacious rooms. Ample options for breakfast and dinner, though they charge extra for the tea at dinner which was a little strange. The spa area seems a bit chaotic. Their service is not very luxe. The thermal pool was nice. It's also nice that they have female only thermal pool available

Let me start by saying that this hotel would not be even a 2 stars property anywhere else in the world. Attitude of staff is horrible, they wouldn’t care less about clients. Lazy people that won’t even do the minimum to offer a basic level of service. The pool is a “no go” area with music blasting for hours. Buffet food is simply unacceptable even by military standards. Any barracks canteen looks nicer that the “Diamond restaurant “. We had to walk to a supermarket located 1km away to buy something we could eat. We asked the front desk for some food credit considering what was going on and they simply didn’t bother to look for an alternative. This is the top region for cotton fabrics in the country… The towels and the bed linen at this hotel are definitely not an example of acceptable quality, they are cheap, scratchy and old. This hotel in truth matches perfectly well the area , which is an absolute fraud for visitors. The Roman ruins of Hierapolis and the cotton castle should never be considered sites worth visiting. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money coming here.

Very very Nice hotel ! We explored the whole place out and particularly enjoyed the sunrise views.. Even without the hot air balloons, the place is pleasantly pretty.. With the added hot air balloons at the background, it made our shot look more complete. Although it was a short stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Lets dive in! Rooms: Looks very well-maintained and clean. Beds were comfy and the facilities in the room itself looks new actually. Service: We had a slightly not so fortunate incident here BUT, its ok, the whole experience was actually good. They have lots of amenities for the whole family actually. Location: Being located near the hills and mountains, this place has great views. We loved it all as a set.. All in all, this is a definite place to stay in, especially if you have time.
