We used this service for 8 days in Ghana.4 days for our business meetings in Accra, 3 days in Cape Coast. Their driver, Dennis was always punctual, easy to work with ,a gentleman who was always helpful to us ,gave us good recommendations, kept us safe during nights when we stepped out to have fun both within Accra and outside Accra. We booked our airport pickup and drop-off directly via email early in January 2026 for our family of four’s homecoming trip to Ghana. A huge thanks to David and Iris for facilitating the trip and transfers! They were incredibly quick to respond and completely reliable when making all the arrangements. We made a 50% deposit at the time of booking and paid the remainder in July. After a long, exhausting international flight, seeing our driver waiting for us with a warm smile was exactly what we needed. They easily accommodated our mountain of heavy luggage and drove us safely to our destination. Beyond just the airport transfers, we also paid for a trip to Prampram, Dzita, Ada, and Keta. Their service was fantastic every step of the way. It was a 4-day weekend of exploring the coast. The atmosphere in the vehicle was wonderful the entire time. Alex, the driver, made us feel relaxed in the perfectly air-conditioned SUV, and filled it with great music and friendly conversation that truly set the tone for our vacation. We had incredible service with a highly professional team who collected us from the airport and took us straight to dinner before taking us to our hotel. The next day we did a city tour of Accra - what a history and such friendly warm people. In the evening we did the night tour with fantastic live music. I travel internationally frequently. The hustlers at arrival were overwhelming. Travelers should know to only allow the driver to handle your bags and set that expectation. I was told that the driver will be waiting with my name on display. I had to message the company to find the driver, then he called/ messaged me. I ordered a 7 seater vehicle and was picked up in a 5 seater. I wouldn’t say don’t try this company, but if so, be mindful.

I could not have asked for a better end to our journey. This service provided absolutely flawless airport transportation from our home to the Accra Airport. To my surprise, the driver was actually early for our 3:30 am pickup. This was incredibly appreciated and allowed us to leave before our scheduled time, giving us a wonderful buffer. We were staying in a new development where the roads were unfortunately very rough and challenging. However, the driver was perfectly prepared. They arrived with a spacious SUV that had more than enough room for all of our luggage. Most importantly, the vehicle handled those terrible roads like an absolute champ! It was a night-and-day difference compared to the smaller cars we've used in the past on similar routes. Because the SUV handled the conditions so well, we not only had a comfortable and smooth ride but we actually arrived at the airport a full 15 minutes earlier than expected. The driver was professional, courteous, and a great driver. The entire experience was stress-free and exceptional from start to finish. The Driver Joseph was punctual and very helpful.There is a reason I keep booking their airport service. All I need to do is book and every instruction is carried out with no stress. from pickup to drop-off.

I arrived at 7 AM, I notified the operator numerous times about my arrival time and was told my driver would be waiting for me at the airport. As I was landing I even received a message that my driver was already there waiting for me. That was false as the driver was 45 min late upon my arrival. There was also a language barrier as the driver was not that fluent in English. I believe the price is too steep for the service received. The car is not chilled upon arrival, there is no meet and greet at the airport arrival terminal and there is no refreshment offered with standard business class services. I was truly and utterly disappointed. The car is in better conditions than other operators and it is more affordable than other companies so I would recommend it. However, do not have high expectations for service delivery.

My flight was 4 1/2 hours late coming into Accra. The company representative and the driver both contacted me throughout my travel to make sure that I was OK and to let me know that the driver, Isaac, would be there waiting, regardless of the time that I arrived. And he was! He was a helpful gentleman and a great driver, knowing the streets and the traffic patterns very well and avoiding traffic whenever he could. He was kind and also informative, noting different landmarks we were driving by and giving us lots of tips on where to eat, visit and hang out, and how to be safe while there.
