We visited 5 live clubs and bars, each with its own vibe, music, and crowd. It gave me a real taste of Accra nightlife that I never would have found on my own. The free drinks were a great bonus, but honestly the experience itself was worth it. What made the night special was Esi. Kwame was amazing!! He was a great guide who showed me a different part of Accra that I had not experienced on my previous visits. Although it was just the 2 of us we had a fabulous time. We went to the Sandbox where I had great food and danced to Afrobeats. Then we chilled out at the Republic. DJ Dips did a phenomenal jobs and even went old school way back even before me playing classics. It was like Bossa Nova in Rio but with an R&B/Jazz beat. Lastly we went to 1,2,3… where I was able to see the Highlight best perform and enjoy some Soca music! Kwame is great for single travelers or a group!

I really felt safe and I had a lot of fun with the tour guide. This tour was a great way to get a taste of the Accra night life. The tour guide was really flexible and willing to work with me with the party schedule. I would absolutely do again if I visited Accra!

We saw places I'd walked past a hundred times, but at night, they held a different kind of scene. The tour guide's stories and quirky facts were absolutely brilliant – I swear I laughed out loud so many times with my friends. It is a great way to see the Ghana nightlife for a first time visitor. We went to the artsy Republic bar where we tried their signature cocktails. We visited Zen garden where the live band was jamming! The purple pub for some drinks. We ended the night at Bella Accra beach club which had a fun vibe and the Rehab beach club next door for a chill vibe. All in all it was great time. Our guides were fun and very nice and adapted the tour as much as possible to suit what we were looking for.

I had a blast! We went to multiple night clubs. I felt safe going solo. Book it you won’t regret it!

After a hectic week of a business conference in Accra, my business partners and I decided to unwind with a night tour arranged by Today's Travels. It turned out to be one of the best investments we made in ourselves! We started with a visit to the iconic Black Star Square, which was beautifully lit at night. The Accra beaches provided a relaxing and fun atmosphere, setting the perfect tone for the evening. Bar hopping was lively and exciting, which exposed us to vibrant nightlife of Accra. At our request, the tour guide added a visit to the James Town lighthouse to our itinerary, and it was absolutely worth it. The guide, Kwame was incredibly helpful throughout. We tried local dish called waakye(rice and beans)with some delicious stew and shitor. It was a delicious and authentic taste of Ghanaian cuisine. Our first time trying shitor(black pepper Sauce) and asaana, fermented corn drink. we loved it. This experience was well-organized and truly memorable. I highly recommend Today's Travels for anyone looking to explore Accra at night.

Pick up from the hotel was right on time. The drive to the night market was educational and fun. I loved the charcoal grilled tilapia and the spicy fried riped plantain. Nice conversations and very professional.

First I will share that you are supposed to receive a lounge visit and at least three local meals. I was not aware of the lounge visit. My tour started with picking up my second guide that was roughly 45 minutes from my pick up location. This delay impacted my tour and was not a part of it. The other tidbit is to remember ( also included in the description) is to bring cash along. During my tour I found that every meal purchased was also shared with my guides. While I am not really bothered it was not expected. The tour did allow me the opportunity to experience some nightlife via the car so that was good. When you book and confirm please confirm all stops including the lounge visit.

Most people argue there's no such thing as perfection since people just exaggerate or turn a blind eyes to the flaws. My 5 star is well deserved as I'm not easily impressed. I was taken by surprise with how well I enjoyed myself and felt safe going out with strangers as an introvert experiencing night life in the city. Accra is truly a bubbling city if you have a great tour guide and good company to show you were to look to get the best experience. They did everything stated on the app and even asked if I had anywhere in mind I would like to see. Also, you get a little history lessons from the tour guide as you drive along with your questions answered. How refreshing huh? It was an all in one experience! Thank you... Cheers🎉

This tour was simply amazing! I was picked up promptly from my hotel. I was greeted with a warm and very welcoming smile from my tour guide Isaac . We went to different beach clubs and popular bars . My favorite was going where the locals hang out. I felt so safe and at home there. “Purple bar “ My tour quide was very knowledgeable of the area . My tour guide Isaac taught me some dance moves I think I did pretty well 🤣. I danced the night away , I felt so safe and free . Also as a solo female traveler I felt so safe with this company. I will definitely be returning to Ghana and I most definitely will do a repeat with this company.

Lived in Ghana for so many years and I’ve got nothing but the best memories and experiences of the capital (Accra). Amazing nightlife, great people, everyone is so welcoming and the presence of foreign nationals brings the best vibes to our culture. The best part is the cuisine especially the street food (can’t ever go wrong with that). A place you feel very much at home at and probably never want to leave once you arrive.
