I recently visited Ghana for 9 days and needed a tour guide/driver while I was there. I found EAA Tours online, and although the reviews were great, I still wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Ebenesa was a brilliantly knowledgable tour guide. He speaks great English and has deep knowledge of Ghana and it's history. We didn't want a surface level tour and wanted to learn the real history of colonialism, the slave trade and more. The best part of the tour was not the locations he took us to but his knowledge, point of view and conversations had while driving us to locations. We would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone visiting Ghana! Don't just go to all the typical tourist spots, go with someone who can teach you about them.

We had a wonderful time exploring Accra with Eben De TourGuide from EAA Tours Ghana. From the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park to Black Star Square, Independence Square, the Arts Centre, and the vibrant streets of Accra, every stop was interesting and full of history and culture. This was really well worth the money! Eben picked me up from my hotel at 9 am and dropped me back off at 5 pm. The tour was thorough, amazingly in depth, and insightful. I also felt completely safe as a solo woman traveler. After this tour, I ended up booking Eben for two more things while I was in Ghana and they didn’t disappoint either.

Eben with EAA tours was literally a dream! We came to Ghana as a family of 4. Two adults, a 6yr old, and a 16M old baby. Eben came to pick us up right at our Airbnb, had a truck big enough for our car seat, and did a phenomenal job curating a tour that was fit for our family makeup. The pace was just right. My 6yr old had a ball! My husband who is a history buff was so engaged. We didn’t feel overly tired at the end even though we managed to make it to 5 different places. Eben is a wealth of knowledge, like even just the car ride from destination to destination was informative. He had all the history, context, and fun facts for us as we navigated the city of Accra. My daughter and I took this tour on our last day in Ghana. Isaiah was a great tour guide. We appreciated him taking us around Accra and telling us about the history and culture. We also appreciated the way Isaiah negotiated to get us the best price on souvenirs. This was a short but great tour of what Accra has to offer!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Eben touring Accra. Very friendly and made it easy for us to see all the main sites with an air conditioned car. He also drove us to Elmina and was a very safe and reliable driver. Highly recommend!

Eben arrived punctually to pick us from our hotel and was immediately welcoming and offered us a bottle of water. He explained where and what we would be covering on the tour. This is our second tour with Eben as we loved the first tour with the waterfalls. The Accra tour was wonderful as Eben is very knowledgeable about the history and would bring us to places we would never be able to visit by ourselves as well as find souvenirs at great prices. He is very thoughtful, remembered our names and preferences even though it has been a week. He adjusted the itinerary so that we could do the tour and get to the airport at the requested time. The tour was an excellent experience. I spent the whole day exploring Accra. I met Eben by chance but I learnt so much about the culture, history and people of Ghana. We also got to visit the market and got the best rates. I also had authentic Ghanaian waakye. Truly a wonderful experience.
