Reviews
Stayed here for just one night. The room was a decent size and clean, but there were a few issues that made the stay less than ideal.
There seemed to be an issue with the hot water. We initially had to take a shower with lukewarm water, and after calling to have it looked at, the issue somehow resolved itself.
We also specifically notified the hotel of a mushroom allergy when placing a breakfast room-service order. Unfortunately, the food arrived with mushrooms in it. Thankfully, the individual with the allergy did not have a severe reaction, but this is a serious concern and something that should have been handled much more carefully.
Additionally, the rooms apparently don’t have irons, so we requested one from the hotel. It took approximately 45 minutes for an iron to arrive.
Overall, the room itself was clean and comfortable enough for a one-night stay, but the issues with hot water, allergy-related food handling, and the delayed response to the iron request definitely impacted the experience.
Very nice hotel, needs a little work it seems to be getting older and needs better upkeep
Fantastic stay at Kwarleyz Residence! The room was spotless, the pool was peaceful and relaxing, and the location is very convenient—close to the airport and an easy walk to Accra Mall for essentials and shopping.
What really made the experience stand out was the service, especially from the manager, Marina. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. When the restaurant’s driver wasn’t available, she personally arranged for food to be couriered to us—such a thoughtful touch. She is warm, welcoming, and genuinely engaging—an outstanding example of what great customer service should be.
Excellent staff and professional personnel,
Caring and helpful in my daily needs, extremely helpful staff in assisting me for my wife's birthday celebration, room was unbelievably awesome! Plum gorgeous with a terrific view of the city. A heartfelt thank you to all new friends and family I made there ❤️, the memories are engraved in my heart forever. Thank you I
Beautiful hotel with modern, luxurious suites, aspacious enough to feel like a private apartment, complete with kitchen, dining area, and a stunning city view. Perfect central location and warm, attentive staff make the stay truly comfortable. Breakfast is decent but could be improved; other food options felt a bit overpriced. Still, the overall value is excellent. I’d definitely stay here again for both business and leisure.
