Second time here and it’s really gone downhill. Several housekeeping and sanitation related concerns, service recovery slow and lacked personality. — Despite knowing my arrival and requirements, nothing was prepped well. Exec lounge staff were excellent however, and the lounge food and drinks offering and service was spot on, brilliant. Lots to improve on as a property overall.
Service is always on point. They make you feel comfortable and respected. The ambiance feels cozy and calm. It's just a perfect place to do meetings and just relax
It was a great stay at the Marriott in Accra. The rooms are very nice and the area is busy but close to the airport. Service was a bit lacking and took very long to get food ready but overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend them if visiting Accra
This is a review of the restaurant. I’ve attended a number of special event brunches at Marriott such as Christmas branches, etc. The pros: The food is great, and the service is great as well. Cons: They make very little effort to decorate the space beyond tables and chairs and white linen on special days when it is moved to their ballroom. Please make more effort to at least decorate the space. It feels like a cafeteria/canteen. Quite depressing to be honest.
Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! I had an amazing stay here. While the facility itself is getting a bit old, the exceptional service more than made up for it. The staff is professional and incredibly friendly—special thanks to Maame and Princess at the front desk for their help! I also want to mention Clinton from laundry, who always provided service with a big smile. The proximity to the airport is a major plus; I was initially worried about noise, but it was surprisingly quiet throughout my stay.
